This is the place to be if you’re looking for great accommodation. The location is fantastic . It was a 5mins walk to the beach , grocerie store, restaurants and bars. Javier was very accommodating and accessible and any given time. Highly recommended. Honestly nothing negative to say about it.

Very nice and clean. Company responded quickly to any problems we had-a frying pain was missing they supplied by end of day, needed more paper towel and also supplied by end of day. Great area everything walkable. Some cons are wasn’t aware there wasn’t a door on bedroom hard to tell by pics so by 6am it’s decently bright in condo and there’s some birds that are very loud that woke me up everyday. Neighbors aren’t too quiet in the am either, every time the neighbors upstairs came home it was very loud doors shaking and such. So if you plan to sleep in I wouldn’t suggest. Also which is my fault I didn’t notice on pics but there’s no closets only shelves. Lastly, tho they are very accommodating the a/c is regulated by them it turns off every 4 hours which we understand is economical but coming back from being in the heat all day and needing to wait to get place cold isn’t great and they did change it but it will turn off in middle of the night too so you might wake up hot.

The condo is fully renovated and came stocked with everything needed for our stay. It's located in a safe and gated community, just a few steps away from the beach, shops and all the restaurants. Host was very friendly, professional and responsive and made sure we had a pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful stay here in Jacó! 🌴 The location couldn’t be better—super walkable to everything we wanted, from restaurants to the beach, which made our trip so easy. The place itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also felt safe and secure the whole time, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, a great spot and we’d definitely stay here again!
