The villa is situated just 800 meters (0.5 miles) from the beach. It is located in a private neighborhood that offers residents exclusive access to its own beach. The community also includes tennis courts.

Great house for our group. Beautiful pool and area down stairs to hang out. Perfect for groups who want to be near town and the beach. Neighborhood was safe and makes you feel at home.

I gave this property a 4/5 stars. It was in a great area, concierge service were always responsive and helpful, the house was really pretty and the area was extremely secure. Reasons why it didn’t get a perfect score is due to the fact that the oven didn’t work properly. We tried cooking pizza and the oven would only cook up top and not the bottom. The dough would stay raw and the cheese would burn. I would suggest for the hosts to get their oven fixed. Another suggestion would be to have a constant pool cleaner machine. We found a dead mouse in the pool and even though we took it out, there were tons of leaves and fallen debris in the pool that made us uncomfortable to be in. They would benefit from a pool cleaner machine to keep it pristine. Lastly, lots of mosquitoes in the house and ants in the bathroom. We tried to keep the doors closed right away, but still didn’t work. I understand that it might just be the climate but they would benefit from some type of bug repellent outdoor

This was a fantastic trip!!! The home is incredibly beautiful!!!! Like truly so gorgeous and comfortably fit us all. They stoked our fridge for us and we had the chef come the last night (10/10 food and experience) The community is quiet and safe and a short drive from the main town. We loved staying here and would again

They were very intentional about detailed needs throughout the Airbnb like makeup towels in the bathrooms and waters by the beds. Decor was beautiful and it was very clean. The beds were very comfy. We loved how secure it was at the gate. I would note that even though the town is close by and time wise is walkable, the hills are so steep and windy that it I would recommend sneakers only. The host was very responsive. We were on a bachelorette with 14 ladies and planned for catering and massages at the house, grocery delivery, surprise decor, airport transfer, local transportation and more. The concierge service provided a list for many of these services; very helpful. I would recommend.

This home is an exquisite mansion in the Pedregal neighborhood. We could not believe how beautiful it was when we started exploring it. The spacious living room with contiguous dinning room and kitchen made it a special place for us to cook dinner and spend time together. It is truly an amazing home with plenty of space for 10-12 people. The bedrooms, the rooftop terrace, bar/billiards room, and pool were exquisite. The home was so cozy and accommodating, that instead of going out into town one evening, we decide to stay home, play pool, cook, and watch movies while enjoying the pool view. A true gem of a home and a memorable stay.

This was an amazing stay!! If you are looking for a pool that looks out at the water (this is not it) but there is a beautiful rooftop that you can see the water/sunset. We had a great stay. Such a cute home!

Cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb. Was absolutely PERFECT for my bachelorette party - would highly recommend to anyone considering this property. The girls loved it, it’s beautiful and so close to Medano Beach and the marina. Hosts were so helpful. Thank you for the amazing trip!
