Casa Zayeluna is a modern villa situated in the prestigious gated community of Pedregal, often referred to as the "Beverly Hills of Cabo." Spanning over 6,000 square feet, this spacious home offers 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups and families. The villa provides a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities to keep everyone entertained. It is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from downtown and the beach, combining luxury living with easy access to local attractions. Exceptional service is also a key feature of this property.

The Space

Welcome to Casa Zayeluna. Although this is a new listing, our extensive hospitality experience ensures you will be well cared for. Located directly across from the Pedregal tennis courts, the villa offers unique views of both the Marina and the Pacific Ocean. The home boasts numerous luxury amenities, including:

• Infinity pool and jacuzzi
• Fire pit
• Private garden

• Double desk study area for remote work

The nearby Pedregal beach is private and perfect for walking and relaxing, though swimming is not recommended due to strong tides and waves. It is about a 10-minute walk from the villa. Medano Beach, a 5-7 minute drive away, is suitable for swimming and features numerous restaurants and bars. While it is lively and popular, it offers a fun atmosphere and ocean access.

Guests have access to beach coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon stored in the front closet. Foldable white wooden chairs are available on the main rooftop patio for beach use. Additional beach gear includes swimming boards, life jackets, and toys. Please ensure all items are returned after use.

Check-In

Complimentary in-person check-in is provided. If you prefer self check-in or plan to arrive at a time other than 3 PM, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Special Events

Casa Zayeluna can host wedding parties or special events with overnight accommodations for 16-20 guests and daytime gatherings of up to 75 guests.

Pool and Spa

Pool heating fees apply as follows:

• Pool and spa: $100 per day to heat pool to 82°F (additional fees for higher temperatures)
• Spa only: $35 per day to heat spa to 104°F (on-demand, must be turned off after use)

If you require the pool heated upon arrival, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Heating times vary depending on outdoor temperatures. Pool fees are non-refundable unless heating issues are due to equipment failure.

Pool heating is generally unnecessary during summer months and is typically requested only in winter. The pool receives weekly maintenance service.

Games and Entertainment

The villa offers a variety of recreational options, including:

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The home features six bedrooms, each furnished with linens and comfortable bedding. There are 5.5 bathrooms, fully stocked with towels and toiletries. TVs are located throughout the house and in every bedroom, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay. High-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi is included.

Bedroom configurations are:

• Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds

• Bedroom 4: 2 Queen beds
• Bedroom 5: 1 Queen bed

Air mattresses or rollaway beds can be provided upon request prior to check-in.

Child Travel Items

As a family-run business, we enjoy hosting guests of all ages. Complimentary pack and plays and high chairs are available with at least 24 hours' notice before arrival.

For additional child-related items such as strollers, car seats, or toys, we partner with a local vendor. Please contact our team for details. Note that fees apply for these items and are payable directly to the vendor.

Parking

The property includes:

• 2 parking spaces in the driveway
• 2 street parking spots
• 2-car garage (available starting December)

Pets

We welcome pets with advance notice. A $300 pet deposit per animal is required. If no additional cleaning is necessary, $225 will be refunded at checkout, with $75 retained per pet for their stay.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

• Early check-in fee: $75, payable upon request.
• Late check-out is rarely available due to cleaning schedules but may be accommodated for $75 if no following reservation exists.

Construction Notice

Please be aware that there is ongoing construction at the neighboring property to the right. Work occurs during weekday business hours and not on weekends. Most construction is indoors, but some outdoor activity may be noticeable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important Notes

Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during their stay.

Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability

By using the pool, all guests and their accompanying parties acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming, including physical injury or death. Users agree to comply with all pool rules and understand that the landlord reserves the right to restrict pool access for non-compliance.

Guests assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the pool, even if caused by landlord negligence. They agree to indemnify and hold harmless the landlord from any claims related to pool use.

This waiver releases the landlord from all liability, including for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, and is binding on guests and their families.

The waiver is governed by California law, with legal venue in Los Angeles County. By using the pool, guests confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these terms voluntarily.
