Casa Floresta is accessible only by boat. The property has its own dock, and there is no road access.

Loved the space and we got our steps in. I would definitely tell people the steps and very steep and you must be fit to stay there. I’d also recommend telling people that the water taxis need exact change or you get charged more. There isn’t a way to go to dinner so prepare to ride the taxis everywhere and be sure to leave by 5, otherwise you have to pay a private boat. Overall, loved to lake and the people were fabulous!

Beautiful location! Super clean and Hayley was responsive. The WiFi worked great. Just beware that you can only get places by boat and there are many stairs! Otherwise awesome.

No matter where you sit you get a spectacular view of the lake and mountains! Exceptional view and experience! Make sure you visit other local attractions to help the community

Great place, there’s no food options must take a boat to go anywhere from here. Her place was pristine condition. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there’s no one to greet you, show you the property, and they have amenities such as a sound bath and yoga room and nobody tells you anything about it. So we didn’t get to use any of it. You have to ask questions to get answers.

This place was absolutely beautiful and had some of the most amazing views! It was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The house itself was beautiful, and the views made the entire stay worth it. The only thing to keep in mind is that we stayed in the house at the very top, so there were quite a few stairs to get to it. If you don’t mind going up stairs, then it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall 10/10

La Floresta was definitely one of the most special places on our trip to Atitlán. 🌿✨ Four of us friends stayed in one of the highest villas, and the view of the lake was spectacular. The climb requires a bit of effort, but it's 100% worth it. Everything was impeccable: cleanliness, decoration, terraces, very comfortable beds and bamboo sheets that made you want to stay in bed. The kitchen is super equipped, and the daily cleaning included was a BIG plus. I recommend going to the supermarket before arriving, since there are no stores or delivery nearby. The yoga and meditation room is beautiful, and they also have paddle tennis and a sauna. I definitely recommend always accessing it by boat. Paula, the administrator, has a beautiful energy and the whole concept of the place conveys peace. This time we went with friends, but I would definitely come back as a couple. A lovely place that I am very happy to recommend. ❤️

I've been to over 25 countries, and this has already been the best place I've ever stayed. This place is completely worth it. The hosts are super attentive to you, and the guards and the people in charge there are equally very friendly. The house is equipped with absolutely everything, which makes it even more amazing. The photos shown do not do justice to what you actually see once you are there. We highly recommend it.
