Most beautiful views! Lots of stairs but the view was worth it! Super peaceful and we could not get over the view. 10/10 would recommend

I've been to over 25 countries, and this has already been the best place I've ever stayed. This place is completely worth it. The hosts are super attentive to you, and the guards and the people in charge there are equally very friendly. The house is equipped with absolutely everything, which makes it even more amazing. The photos shown do not do justice to what you actually see once you are there. We highly recommend it.

The photos don't do it justice. It is much better in person than the pictures. Noe helped us a lot, and the lake was very nice and clean. I loved it. This property is perfect for unwinding and enjoying Lake Atitlán. It was definitely the best Airbnb property I've ever stayed at. You can tell they put a lot of love into it.

The property is beautiful, clean, thoughtfully designed, and in a great location near San Marcos. We really enjoyed the setting overlooking Lake Atitlán. Unfortunately, our stay ended on a disappointing note with a $100 damage claim for the dining table that we did not believe we damaged. We had photos and videos from just before checkout that, in our view, did not show the marks the host later identified, and the table had some existing wear when we arrived. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs around the world and this was the first time I’ve experienced a damage dispute like this. I chose to pay rather than spend the end of my vacation disputing the claim. We also lacked hot shower water for about half our stay, and communication felt less warm and responsive than I’ve experienced at other Airbnbs. I’d recommend documenting the property’s condition with detailed photos and videos at check-in and checkout.

Absolutely amazing place - one of those rare finds where the photos actually do it justice. If anything, seeing it in person made it even better. The space was exactly as advertised and the stay was seamless. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place – we were speechless, and the view was unforgettable. Everything is very clean, new and well maintained. By far the most beautiful house on the lake. All places are super easy to reach by boat. Hayley is a great host!
