The property was as described, very well stocked for our stay. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook at the property, and games for the kids. Plenty of towels and linens. The pictures are great and still didn’t do the view justice.

Having traveled extensively, this spacious condo and the owners have put their heart and soul in designing and decorating it. Very comfortable… felt cosy, right at home! Everything that you can possibly need - you will find. Even AC in the bathrooms! Will definitely stay here again. The roads are pretty bad around Flamingo Beach… make sure to get a 4X4.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would happily return. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Costa Rica is an amazing destination, and having such a comfortable home base made the trip even better. We made incredible memories here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The condominium is basically brand new!! it is absolutely stunning!!! they did not skimp out on this condo in any manner. All the furniture and amenities are extremely comfortable. The views are stunning, and if you’re lucky enough, a pod of howler monkeys will visit you in the mango trees right next to the balcony. It was a wonderful experience. Your property is managed by a rental company who is extremely responsible and handles any concerns you may have within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.!!! It sits in between two beaches, which makes it a centrally located. My only recommendation would to have a 4 x 4, especially in the rainy season.

This unit has the most amazing views. The hosts made sure to have everything a guest could need and more, from beach towels to beach chairs, pool floats, boogie boards and more. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook and even bake, they even have the most essential condiments for the guest to use. The location is perfect as well, in Playa Flamingo but close enough to Playa Conchal, Brasilito and Potrero Beach. The building is up a hill, an SUV if possible a 4x 4 , is highly recommended You won’t mind the drive up though as you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from your own balcony
