Photo Identification

Buenaventura Resort requires photo identification for all adult guests aged 18 and older at least one full day before arrival. International guests must provide passports, while local guests must provide Panamanian identification.

Access to the resort is not permitted until the identification process is complete. Once approved, guests will receive an entrance code before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

Check-Out

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. sharp, allowing the cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the home for incoming guests.
