Aqua rests along the beautiful turquoise Caribbean Sea, surrounded by the vibrant colors of Mexico and the serene natural beauty of Isla Mujeres. This intimate, private cottage is located on a small bay in the northeastern part of the island, just steps from the world-famous Playa Norte.
At check-in, guests must leave a credit card deposit at Hotel Playa Media Luna.
The Space
Natural daylight fills the living and dining area, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere. The compact, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals to enjoy on the oceanfront terrace.

Construction Notice
The lot next to Aqua may undergo construction at some point during 2025. Aqua is not part of this construction.
Please review the property policies before booking to avoid unwanted situations. Reservations cannot be canceled or refunded because of this matter.
House Policies
- Maximum occupancy is eight people.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Cleaning service is provided every three days.
- Gardening service is provided daily, particularly for watering the plants. Gardening is generally scheduled early in the morning at 7:00 a.m. or after sunset at 8:00 p.m.
- Do not invite people you have just met or unknown individuals to the house.
- Parties and special events are not permitted.
- Payments and special requests must be handled at the front desk of Hotel Playa Media Luna.
- Report any equipment malfunction immediately.
- Broken, stained, or burned items will be charged at checkout.
- Red wine, urine, excrement, or blood stains may incur higher cleaning charges, including the full replacement cost when necessary.
- At check-in at Hotel Playa Media Luna, guests must leave a credit card voucher to cover incidental expenses. This is a temporary hold guarantee; if there are no incidental charges, it will be released and canceled at checkout.
- This property does not include breakfast or any other meals.

We had the best week at Casa Aqua! The location was INCREDIBLE with the beach and turquoise waters (perfect for snorkeling) right out the back gate, and Centro and Hidalgo within walking distance! The pool was a great size and we really enjoyed the comfy loungers around the patio. The inside was nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and spacious for our family if 5! Having the privacy from the busy island and peaceful surroundings was wonderful! In my opinion, it’s hands down the best place to stay on the island!

Location was great my grandkids love swimming in the pool and the ocean We dealt with any issues we had to deal with which we’re mostly plumbing issues. The showers were not very well-maintained. They didn’t work properly. One shower just trickled and never got warm. Others were very hard to regularly the heat they could be extremely hot. But overall, we’re glad we stayed there beautiful location and we will stay again

Perfect home! From the location to the amenities. From the check-in staff to the daily staff we encountered it was all amazing. The location is absolutely amazing. The fact that it has a swimming pool is also a great perk. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay in Isla Mujeres. The house worked well for my family. The private pool and AC were a big blessing on hot days, and the house cleaning every other day was great. It was simple inside, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. You can't beat the view or location, and hopefully one day we will get to come back and enjoy it again.

This was our second time staying in this wonderful home! The location is absolutly perfect! The Beach access, the private pool and being walking distance to the food carts. the Market and Hidalgo made Casa Aqua an amazing choice for our Family. The staff was very kind and responsive. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We have stayed on Isla many times but we normally choose a condo because of location. Casa Aqua was a great location, right in the beach. We loved the privacy and private pool. AC was cold, showers were hot and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We will definitely recommend to others and most likely return!

The place is perfect for a trip with friends or family. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the bathrooms, and the kitchen is superbly equipped. The most beautiful thing that caught our attention was the backyard with a pool, lounge chairs, and tables, topped off by the magical access to the beach, a natural pool with crystal-clear water and the unparalleled sound of the ocean waves. Highly recommended, you won't want to leave; I would definitely choose this place again. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Location, Location, Location...We had a wonderful stay at Casa Aqua! Jacqueline and the Hotel Media Luna Team were extremely helpful and responsive. The property is beautiful and located right on the beach with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Private parking for your golf cart is a plus! We will definitely be staying here again!
