The property covers 1,200 square meters and is completely fenced. It accommodates up to five adults and three children. Guests sleep in two newly built bungalows with luxury finishes, mini-split air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private bathrooms, and hot water.

The recently remodeled palapa provides a comfortable space protected from mosquitoes. It includes a new kitchen and full bathroom, allowing you to enjoy the breeze and the sound of the wind moving through the palm trees.

Guest Access

The property is reserved exclusively for your family. A caretaker will provide access to the villa and can assist with guidance or additional services, including:

• Coconut water
• Beach bonfires
• Cleaning staff
• Kitchen staff

The property has direct beach access. As with all properties in this subdivision, reaching the shoreline requires following a sandy path approximately 150 meters long. Federal law requires homes to be located at least this distance from the sea.

A small palm palapa is available on the beach for shade.

Kitchen and Dining Facilities

The palapa includes a kitchen area and full bathroom. Its windows help protect the space from mosquitoes. The kitchen is equipped with:

• Gas grill
• Refrigerator
• Chest freezer
• Melamine plates
• Glasses
• Cutlery
• Cooking pans

Please use the appliances carefully. Avoid storing excessive amounts of food in the refrigerator, as this can affect its operation. The chest freezer is better suited for storing larger quantities of food.

If you use the kitchen utensils, please wash and put them away before departure. This helps us avoid increasing the cleaning fee.

Important Information

Food is recommended, as there are few restaurants and service stores nearby. The property has two refrigerators and one chest freezer for your use, and a jug of water will be provided.

Please bring beach towels. The bath towels provided may not be taken onto the sand.

A barbecue can be provided upon request, but you must bring your own charcoal.

We aim to maintain a family-friendly and respectful atmosphere with our neighbors. Please observe the following guidelines:

• Avoid loud music at all times.
• Minimize noise after 10:30 p.m.
• Events such as weddings and baptisms are not permitted.

Tropical Environment

The property is surrounded by gardens and plants in a tropical setting. As a result, insects such as ants and mosquitoes are unavoidable, particularly during the rainy season.

We do not fumigate with toxic substances in order to respect the local flora and fauna. Bringing insect repellent is recommended.

Water and Septic System

All facilities drain into a septic tank. Please avoid flushing excessive amounts of paper, as this may cause blockages. Check that the toilets are functioning properly at the beginning of your stay.

Please conserve water whenever possible. Make sure that faucets and pool hoses are not left running. Water is drawn from wells, and replenishing the supply is a time-consuming process.

Pool and Safety

Use caution when enjoying the pool, hammocks, and other areas of the property. Children must be supervised at all times to help prevent accidents.

There is no lifeguard service, and no clinics are located nearby.

Before entering the pool, rinse sand off in the outdoor shower. To protect your privacy, the pool will not be cleaned during your stay, so please help keep it clean.

The following items are not permitted in the pool:

• Food
• Drinks
• Glass containers

Connectivity

Cell phone coverage is limited because the property is in a rural area. Wi-Fi speed is slightly above 5 megabits per second.

The router is located in bungalow number 2. Internet connectivity becomes weaker the farther you are from that bungalow.
