Relax at Villa Solara, a luxury four-bedroom villa in Costa Blanca. The home overlooks several beautiful lakes at one of Mantarraya Golf’s clubs and sits on half an acre of land.

Enjoy a large pool, a solar-heated Jacuzzi, and spacious indoor and outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxation. Guests also receive access to golf facilities and unlimited access to the Decameron Beach Club and grounds during their stay.

The Space

Villa Solara is located on half an acre of prime land within Costa Blanca Villas in Farallón, Coclé, Panamá. This listing provides exclusive access to the main villa, which includes four spacious bedrooms and ample room to relax and unwind.

The standby power system operates the entire house during a power outage until electricity is restored.

Costa Blanca Beach Club

Guests renting Villa Solara receive exclusive access to the Costa Blanca Beach Club, located next to the Decameron Hotel. This private, members-only beach club includes:

• A beach known as one of the best in Coclé
• Restaurant and bars
• Large swimming pool
• Spacious lawn area for field sports

The beach club is approximately 1.75 miles from the villa, door to door. Travel time is about 5–7 minutes by car, with numerous speed bumps around the hotel, or approximately 5 minutes by golf cart using the golf course roads.

Guest Capacity and Visitors

Villa Solara has a maximum guest capacity that must be observed. Day visitors may be permitted, but the total number of people on the property cannot exceed the stated maximum villa capacity.

All visitors, regardless of the length of their visit, must pay a $30 Pase Dia fee if they are over 2 years old.

We do not allow visitors during your stay. There are no exceptions.

Minimum Age Requirement

Villa Solara accepts reservations for guests aged 30 and older, except for groups or families traveling with children.

If a reservation is made by someone under the minimum age, additional information about the guests and their plans may be requested. The hosts reserve the right to cancel a booking if the stated intentions are not considered genuine.

Additional Notes

The Jacuzzi is naturally heated by solar energy. It is not heated by gas or electricity. Because Panama has a warm climate, forced heating is not required, and the Jacuzzi retains heat from the sun effectively.

Bedroom Four

Bedroom 4 is smaller than the other bedrooms and includes a loft for additional space.

• Main room: approximately 8 feet × 10 feet
• Loft: approximately 3 feet × 3 feet

This room is recommended for children or for adults who are comfortable with a smaller space. Please consider this when entering the number of guests.

Security Deposit

For certain bookings, the hosts may require a security deposit. The deposit will be collected upon guest confirmation and refunded after checkout, provided there is no property damage or violation of the house rules resulting in a fine.

The required deposit depends on the number of guests and will be discussed when the booking is pre-approved or accepted.

The primary guest has 24 hours after booking confirmation to accept the security deposit request, which will be provided as an extra service. If the guest accepts the deposit, confirms the booking, and later declines the request, the booking will be canceled immediately, less a $200 administration fee.

Check-In and Check-Out Upgrades

Early check-in upgrades are subject to availability:

• $60: As early as 1:00 p.m.
• $80: As early as 11:00 a.m.
• $150: As early as 8:00 a.m.

Late check-out upgrades are subject to availability:

• $60: Until 1:00 p.m.
• $80: Until 3:00 p.m.
• $150: Until 5:00 p.m.

Not Included in the Rental

The following items are not included:

• Enclosed bohio, which is not pictured or described in the listing
• Golf carts
• Polaris utility terrain vehicle
• Three pool-deck cantilever umbrellas; the villa has many other shaded areas
• Whole-house audio system; alternative speakers are available
• Gas fire pit, which is separate from the barbecue

Barbecue

Villa Solara provides a high-quality Weber Genesis five-burner gas grill with an unlimited liquefied petroleum gas supply.

A $50 barbecue-use and post-cleaning fee is included in the price and labeled as a “Community Fee.” If you do not plan to use the barbecue or will bring your own, please notify us so the $50 fee can be deducted immediately.

Parties and Disruptive Guests

Parties are not permitted, and disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

The house rules outline restrictions on loud music and parties. Music must remain at a reasonable volume, allowing guests to converse without disturbing the neighbors. Music must be kept low after 10:00 p.m.

Violations or repeated complaints from security may result in a fine.

Electricity Usage

For bookings longer than 7 nights, guests are responsible for actual electricity usage.

The meter reading will be recorded at check-in. At checkout, the total kilowatt-hours used will be calculated and invoiced through Airbnb. Electricity will be billed at Naturgy’s current rate per kilowatt-hour.

Holiday Season Policy

Reservations between December 15 and January 15 are non-refundable once booked due to extremely high demand during this period.
