The home can accommodate up to 12 guests. The listed price is for up to six guests; each additional guest costs $70 per person per night.
A minimum stay of three days is required. Small pets are allowed, and the property is handicapped accessible, although some areas may have limitations. Smoking is permitted in open areas. The villa is available year-round.

Additional services are available for an extra cost:
- Private cooking service: For a group of two, the cost is $40 USD per day for up to eight hours of cooking. The cook can prepare breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, and dinner. Groceries are not included. The service is flexible, and guests may request a full day, half day, or no service on particular days.
- Grocery shopping service: Have your groceries stocked before you arrive for a $30 USD service fee, plus reimbursement for the grocery receipts.
- In-home massages: Relaxing one-hour massages are available for $60 USD per person.
- Tours and activities: Assistance is available with arranging boat tours to Hidden Beach, fishing trips, horseback riding, motorcycle tours, and canopy tours through local companies.
- Transportation: Taxi or sport utility vehicle service can be arranged upon request.
Renting a car at the airport is highly recommended, as it is generally easier and less expensive than using taxis, especially for guests planning to explore the area.
Beaches
The private beach is a wonderful place to spend the day. Swimming there is recommended only for experienced swimmers, as the tide can be rough at certain times and there are rocky areas along the entrance.
The long, sandy section of Litibu Beach is ideal for swimming and is approximately five minutes away on foot or two minutes by car.

Very nice house, perfect for our family of 7 adults, a baby and a pet. Beautiful view and direct access to the small private beach from the house by going down a staircase. Friendly cleaning staff, and we especially recommend hiring Lupita to cook. She even helped us with vegan dishes for one of my daughters.

This is a little paradise if you like to rest, love the sea and want to disconnect from everyday life. And the people who assist you are super friendly and attentive! You also have experiences at hand that allow you to get to know the place better. Highly recommended!

This air bnb was absolutely fabulous. First off Norma is extremely responsive and very caring she really wanted us to have a good time and went above and beyond to give us recommendations and help around the clock and be patient with all the questions I had. Secondly her staff at the house were incredible. So friendly, so helpful. Around the clock caring for you. I highly recommend you also ask them to bring the chef who took care of us extremely well and we could not have been happier. Lastly the house itself is absolutely gorgeous and fantastic. The pool was warm. You’re right on the beach with a view of dreams. Tons of amenities and games and occasionally cute little dogs and cats that may stop by to say hello. I highly, highly recommend others to come and stay in this beautiful, quaint, relaxing home and let Norma and her staff take care of you so you can focus on relaxing. Cheers!

Our group of 3 families (total of 12 people with kids ages 1 to 11) really enjoyed our stay at Normas house. Everyone enjoyed everything it has to offer. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space! And you can’t beat the view!

A piece of heaven on earth!! The place is beautiful and it was 100% worth it. Norma, Lupita, and Dorian were always very attentive. It had everything and details that made us feel at home (board games, hats, speakers, utensils, foosball, pool table). Norma is super approachable and friendly. Thank you!

This place is an adventure to get to but with Normas instructions you find a true paradise! Lupitia and Dorian were beyond wonderful and felt like a familiar piece of our family by the end of the week. Lupitas meals were comforting and hearty with lots of variations for any requests. The cleaning staff were also detailed and friendly. The view is wonderful and we all slept great with the sound of the ocean. Some of our favorite places in sayulita were Mary’s and Al pastor Diaz but lupitas cooking was just as awesome and wonderful. Norma was so helpful with grocery requests and lots of information for options. We would love to come back!

We visited over Spring Break/Easter as a group of 8 (2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids). We had the most wonderful stay - our favorite family vacation yet!! Norma was great to communicate with and went above and beyond to support us before and during our stay. The entire house team - Lupita, Dorian, Luz - were amazing and made us feel like family. Every meal prepared by Lupita was delicious, and more than satisfied all 8 of us - my children have never eaten better!! We loved it all so much we immediately rebooked another trip for later this year! 😊

We spent a few wonderful days at this house in Punta de Mita. All the staff were extraordinary: the cleaning lady, the man who takes care of the pool and the garden, and the cook did an excellent job and were true hosts, always attentive and with a great attitude. The owner was also always available via messages, which is greatly appreciated. The house is just as described in the listing, very comfortable and well-maintained. The private beach is priceless, and the sunsets are simply spectacular, probably the best in the area. We would definitely come back.
