The space The house is an oasis in the center of Oaxaca. It is a complete house that preserves its original facade to maintain its rustic colonial spirit. The combination of Oaxacan materials create a cozy atmosphere when combined with a spectacular garden. You can enjoy a dip in the pool The house features 5 bedrooms with AC and 6 bathrooms, a great garden and heated swimming pool, a kitchen equipped with top-quality appliances and dishes, a private garden, a laundry center, and parking for two cars. The house is strategically located in the center of Oaxaca, one and a half blocks from the Holiday Inn Express Oaxaca hotel, half a block away from the picturesque park “Jardín Conzatti” and one block from the largest park in the city “El Llano”. It allows you to get to know the historic center on foot or by bicycle, for example, the Ex Convent of Santo Domingo is a 12-minute walk away. The best restaurants, bars, museums, churches and places of interest are just a few blocks away. Near the house you will find convenience stores, an organic market, a traditional market, and laundry . The best gardens and wedding venues are located just a few blocks away from the house.
Guest access You will have access to the house with no time restrictions since the entrance is independent.

In addition, a jug of drinking water is provided, so you can refill your bottles! From the beginning the communication was amazing and continued to be amazing the entire trip. The house is beautiful as is the pool area. The location can’t be beat, very walkable to the entire city. Plenty of space for large groups like ours and they were very helpful and flexible with check-in and out and also offered to let us leave our bags early if needed. I would definitely bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but you can’t beat this place, it’s perfect!

Amazing location and beautiful property! We had a big group, and we had a ton of space and really enjoyed the property. Great location, super walkable, one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I have worked with. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful time at “La Casa Yellow” as the youngest member in our group named it. The house has a lot of charm & character. The bugambilias were breathtaking. There were plenty of rooms with bathrooms, which was great for our large multi generational group. One room had a worn down bathroom, but it still wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The host was very kind and attentive to all our needs. We needed assistance to which they immediately responded and helped. The house sits between two parks, which were the best for people watching! The parks were utilized to their fullest potential! People working out, dance groups practicing, roller blade group skating! We felt safe at all times. La Iglesia Santo Domingo was a quick 8 minute walk. Casa de barro is a chic shopping center with a good rooftop restaurant. There is delicious food all over town! I highly recommend Comedor Lolita, directly next door for delicious memelas.

We enjoyed our stay in Oaxaca. The house is very well located to go walking around the center of the city with lots of restaurants, parks and things to do. The house is beautiful and can very well fit several people. The street the house sits on can be a bit noisy at night but nothing a few mezcales can’t fix. The weather was a bit cloudy so the pool ended up being a bit cold but we still enjoyed it.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our stay there. Questions were answered quickly and the recommendations were helpful. Oaxaca was so memorable and the house did not disappoint.
