The Space
Take a break in this spacious and distinctive home nestled in a natural setting. The property features a lush outdoor green area, a resort-style pool bar, and a natural river at the far end.
Upon arrival, you will find ample parking space that accommodates up to seven cars. The entrance leads to a balcony and then into the house. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen ready for your cooking needs, a wooden dining table, and a living room furnished with a large, comfortable couch.
On the first floor, there is one bedroom and a bathroom located on the left side of the house. At the opposite end, you will find access to the pool, pool bar, and laundry room. The outdoor area connects to a patio and extends to the river at the edge of the property.
The second floor is accessible via stairs and includes a small living room, three additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to one of the balconies. Another bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom, which also opens directly onto the front balcony. The second floor features two balconies—one at the front and one at the back of the house.
Location
Ranch Hope is conveniently located near the beach and Rainmaker Park, which offers waterfalls, hiking trails, and opportunities for wildlife viewing. This location provides a chance to explore many of Costa Rica’s natural landmarks. Manuel Antonio National Park is also a short drive away.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the patio and river area. A staff member will greet you upon arrival to provide a tour and then allow you privacy to enjoy your stay. The staff will return at departure time to collect the keys and see you off.

An outdoor coal grill is available near the pool for any outdoor cooking you wish to do.

The place is excellent, lots of space, everything is tidy and in very good condition, the air-conditioning is modern and works well, it is a quiet place ideal for going out with friends or family. Valery has been very kind. She really provided excellent service!

The house is very nice, just like the photos, with quite a few rooms. The pool was beautiful and super clean. Regarding the house, there were several things that didn't work, but it was very comfortable. You feel right at home, and there are also restaurants very close by.
