Guest Access

You and your guests will have access to the entire villa throughout your stay. The property is fully furnished and equipped with the amenities you need to feel at home in Tulum.

Getting Around

Guests can use bicycles, cars, or public transportation. Renting a car is recommended, and free street parking is available.

The villa is approximately a 20-minute drive from Tulum’s beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy beach clubs and public beach access.

A minimum food and beverage consumption is required:

Important Information

Power outages are not uncommon in Tulum. We do our best to keep guests comfortable when they occur, but please be aware of the possibility in advance. Water service is typically maintained during power outages, and services are generally restored within a few hours.

Please use the towels reasonably and keep them in the condition you would like to receive them. Stained, damaged, or lost towels will be charged at the cost of replacement.

Because the villa is surrounded by jungle, insects are a natural part of the environment. The villas are fumigated twice a month, but insects may still occasionally enter the property. This is normal in a jungle setting and does not indicate that the space is unclean. Please avoid harming or killing them, and be aware that exposed food may attract them.
