The Space
This oceanfront condominium, located in the exclusive northwest area, was renovated in 2020 and accommodates up to 8 guests. It offers central air conditioning and fiber optic cable with high-speed WiFi.
The property includes an infinity swimming pool situated along sea walls known for some of the island's best snorkeling spots.
There are two spacious master suites, each featuring king-size beds, private bathrooms, seating areas, and large bay windows that provide stunning ocean views. Additionally, two island bedrooms come with queen beds and share a bathroom equipped with a double basin.
A private covered balcony is available exclusively for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and an electric range with an oven. Essential kitchen gadgets such as a blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, mixer, complete cookware, and place settings for 12 guests are also provided.
Guest Access
The condo is rented as a complete unit. Entry is secured through an electronic keypad on the front door. The complex’s front gate also features an electronic keypad to ensure guest safety.
Location and Transportation
If you decide to rent a car, there is ample off-street parking available directly in front of the condo. Alternatively, affordable taxi services are easily accessible.
Additional Information
The condo undergoes a thorough deep cleaning with disinfectants before your arrival. For stays longer than four days, a mid-stay cleaning service will be provided.

Home and location were beautiful. Very cozy place to watch the boats in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for two families. The two king rooms were comfy. The snorkeling was interesting with several different species of fish and other sea creatures. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was perfect for our adult family of eight, and a one year old. Lots of space - we loved the large balcony. The pool area surprisingly wasn't busy so always chairs available in the sun or shade, and it was restful. The best part was the snorkeling right off the pool area -- amazing fish, coral, sponges without boats, currents or large waves. Every day there was new marine life to see with such ease. We also appreciated the door greeter who always opened the outside door for us with a friendly smile.

Wow!! Words are barely enough to describe how great this condo is. We just got back from a week stay on Cozumel and are thrilled that we chose Gary's condo for our multi-family trip. Two families with early teenage children and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The views!! Waking up and going to be with the beautiful sea outside our windows was a true treat. Having a great (and deep!) pool available was outstanding. The beds were comfortable, there was TONS of room and the whole condo was the best stocked AirBnB we have ever stayed in (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, pool floaties, etc.). The staff that provided security and cleaning throughout the week were A+ especially Miguel who was really on top of everything. The location was fantastic - just north of town so away from things a small bit to be quiet but not far enough to be difficult. We had rental cars that we enjoyed though they probably weren't totally necessary but did help with the grocery trips to Mega. Finally but very much not least - the SNORKELING!! Truly the ability to go off the front of the property to snorkel was phenomenal. TONS of fish... like having your own aquarium in your front yard. When we come back to Cozumel we will book this condo without hesitation. Thank you!!!

Absolutely beautiful condo! Our group of 7 had plenty of room here. The condo came equipped with a full kitchen and plenty of extra amenities in the bathrooms/living areas. Beds were extremely comfortable. The saltwater pool was very relaxing and the entrance to the ocean was the easiest we have ever experienced staying up north. Plus a beautiful reef as soon as you enter the ocean. 10/10 would recommend!

The condo was very well equipped with everyhing we needed. It is a very beautiful place with amazing views and our family really enjoyed our time there. The location is awesome, very close to the airport and walking distance to many restuarnants. We hope to be back someday.

The condo is even better than the pictures and description shows! So beautifully decorated and comfortable. Having the snorkeling right out from the pool deck made for constant entertainment with the fish!! Alex and the other property manager were available if needed, although we never needed them! We felt safe, relaxed and at home. Abundant drinking water provided and so many towels! We really hope to be back! 🐠
