The Space
Located in the exclusive northwest end, this oceanfront condo was renovated in 2020 and accommodates up to eight guests. It includes central air conditioning, fiber-optic cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
An infinity pool sits alongside sea walls known for offering some of the island’s best snorkeling.

The condo is rented as an entire unit.
- The front door has an electronic keypad for entry.
- The complex’s front gate also uses an electronic keypad for added security.
Parking and Transportation
If you choose to rent a car, ample off-street parking is available in front of the condo. Inexpensive taxis are also readily available for transportation to and from anywhere on the island.
Cleaning
The condo is thoroughly deep-cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Stays longer than four days also include a mid-stay cleaning.

Great place and location. The only negative is a lack of washing machine and dryer which is puzzling for a place of this quality and price.

Gary has a beautiful condominium. That is worth every penny we paid. Excellent location, beautiful view and a nice infinity pool. I would definitely recommend if your going to Cozumel stay at Garys

We had a wonderful stay. The location is a bit away from all the tourist hangouts so it is quieter, but just minutes from all the happenings. The pool is great with a straight view over the infinity edge to watch the sunset. Snorkeling is just a few steps beyond the pool and the underwater life is super varied and beautiful. The condo is fantastic. We caught Mahi Mahi and chose to cook it at the condo rather than take it to a restaurant because the condo is super well-equipped for cooking. We even shared dinner with the security guard who was upset friendly and always offered to help carry things. The AC kept the place comfortable in humid July. I know there are many beautiful condos in Cozumel, but when we return, if Gary’s place is available, it’s where I’ll stay.

Excellent place. The apartment has a super cute view. And instead it's very neat, clean, safe and friendly. It has a very complete and equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are very clean and with hot water service. Gary, he was very nice from the start and responded very quickly to all the questions he could have I highly recommend it. It's definitely a place I'd go back to.

This place is beautiful. It was so convenient being right on the water. We didn’t have to carry our stuff back and forth to the beach. Very clean and quiet. Awesome balcony with lots of seating. Our group of 8 spent more time on the balcony then in the condo. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The photos are spot. The view is gorgeous, the space is clean and open, and the condo is very well stocked. William, the property manager, was very responsive and proactive, checking in on us during the stay. The location is just north of town, which is ideal to get away from the traffic. The snorkeling out front is wonderful, and the parking easy and always available. The kitchen is well stocked and they supply plenty of jugged water. Plenty of towels, both beach and bath... The Wi-Fi was strong and the A/C cool. The security guards stopped us from draining our rental car battery TWICE, knocking on our door to let us know the headlights were left on. Scanning the QR code to enter the gate took some getting used to... The scanner didn't like reading from our phone, so a printed copy worked better. But the guard was mostly there, so not really an issue. I'd recommend the MEGA over the Chendaui for groceries. Great place, host, and property manager!
