The house is beautiful and very large. It has beach access, but the beach has a lot of trash in the sand and is neglected. Outside the house on the street there was a lot of trash. It doesn't affect you at all since it's completely outside the property, but it looks very ugly when you enter and leave the property. Communication is good at all times, and they quickly resolve any problems you may have. They recommended Ms. Fatima to us, who cooks and does it very well! She also helps you put together the menus and go to the supermarket so that when you arrive, everything is ready.

The house is very nice, it is very large, everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. Maria was very attentive in everything and very kind, and she responded quickly to all my requests. Thank you very much for everything, Maria.

The house is spacious, nice, and has everything you need. I went with my family, and we really had a great weekend at the property. I found everything in very good condition. The only issue was that the power went out a couple of times, but I think that’s a common occurrence in Mérida... The house is really just like the photos, and I would stay with María again, because not only is the house very nice, but she was also always available to answer all the questions we had.

Lovely house great place to stay. Transport is essential as local restaurants etc are a bit of a distance away. 10 mins in a cab. One or two small issues but Maria responded quickly to get them sorted. Would happily stay again

Everything was excellent, except that the code to pick up the keys had changed and we weren’t notified in advance. I think it would be important to have more cleaning supplies in the kitchen, such as paper towels and more trash bags. The place is very nice and in a very good location.

Beautiful spacious house. Swimming pool, barbecue, balcony overlooking the beach. Very large equipped kitchen. Communicative host. Great

Beautiful home on the beach! We enjoyed our time here. It is very spacious and so relaxing with a view of ocean. The beds are very comfortable. A nice house when you have a bigger group.
