Apartment 3B is a modern five-bedroom, four-bathroom home designed for comfortable group stays of up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, three queen beds, and two single beds.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, fast WiFi, and comfortable spaces for relaxing or working. It is centrally located in Panama City, close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, and the waterfront. Guests enjoy complete privacy along with access to shared building amenities, including a pool, gym, sauna, and spa room. On-site support is available when needed.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to Apartment 3B throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas.

All common areas are available for guest use during the stay.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is available whenever possible. If no guests are checking out on the morning of your arrival, complimentary early check-in may be offered.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed until one day before arrival because it depends on the departure schedule and cleaning logistics. There is no additional charge for approved early check-in.

2. Is late check-out available?

The standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Late check-out options include:

• Until 12:00 PM: $100
• After 12:00 PM: An additional night will be charged

Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. This policy allows us to arrange additional cleaning staff so the apartment can be fully prepared for incoming guests.

3. Are outside visitors allowed?

Yes, outside visitors are welcome during your stay.

Please note:

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Visitors may not use common areas, including the pool and rooftop.
• All guests and visitors must follow the house rules, maintain respectful noise levels, and treat the apartment and neighbors with consideration.

4. Where is the apartment located, and is the area safe?

The building is listed on Google Maps as Edificio Doña Raquel and is located in Calidonia, Panama City.

Calidonia is a large and diverse area, so opinions about the neighborhood may vary. The property is located near the border with Bella Vista, a well-established residential area known for its convenience and accessibility.

All of our properties are situated in active areas with convenient access to main roads and essential services. As in any major city, standard urban awareness is recommended.

5. Are multiple apartments available in the same building?

Yes. The building has 12 apartments in total, with two apartments per floor: A and B.

• Apartment A: Three bedrooms and three bathrooms
• Apartment B: Five bedrooms and four bathrooms

This arrangement is suitable for large families, corporate groups, wedding guests, or groups of friends who want to stay near one another while maintaining separate private spaces.

If you are traveling with a large group and would like to check availability for multiple units, please reach out for assistance.

6. Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available inside the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

If no spaces are available inside the building, free street parking is available nearby. Parking availability cannot be guaranteed in advance.

7. Are parties or events allowed?

Parties and events are not permitted.

Moderate music is allowed in the pool and rooftop areas as long as it does not disturb neighbors or other guests. All music and noise must remain within the designated quiet hours.

8. Is cleaning available during the stay?

Yes, additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

Available services include:

• Towel change only: $40–$50
• Full cleaning service: $100–$150, including fresh towels and clean bed linens

Pricing may vary depending on the size of the apartment. Please request cleaning services in advance so scheduling can be coordinated.

For convenience, all apartments include a two-in-one washer and dryer. Basic cleaning supplies are provided, but laundry detergent is not included.

9. Is luggage storage available?

Yes, luggage can be stored in the building lobby on the day of check-in or check-out.

Please inform us in advance so we can coordinate the arrangements.

10. How far is the apartment from the airport?

The apartment is approximately 21 minutes from Tocumen International Airport under normal traffic conditions.

11. Are supermarkets and restaurants nearby?

Yes. Rey Bella Vista, a large supermarket, is approximately a five-minute walk from the building.

Several restaurants are located on the same street, with additional dining options within a five-minute walk. The location is convenient for groceries, casual dining, and everyday essentials.

12. Is a crib available?

A crib is not provided. However, a Pack ’n Play is available for $50 for the entire stay.

Please request it in advance so it can be prepared before arrival.

13. Is the pool private, and are pool towels provided?

The pool is not private. The pool and all common areas—including the rooftop, gym, and sauna—are shared amenities available only to registered guests of the building. Outside visitors may not use these facilities.

Pool towels are provided exclusively for use at the pool under the following guidelines:

• One towel per registered guest per day
• Towels must be returned to the designated towel return area after use
• A $15 restocking fee applies to each pool towel that is not returned

Guests are asked to help keep the shared amenities clean and enjoyable for everyone.

14. Is an iron and ironing board available?

Each apartment includes a clothing steamer.

An iron and ironing board can also be provided at no additional cost. Please request them in advance so they can be placed in the apartment before arrival.

15. Is backup power or a water tank available?

Power outages in the city are uncommon. If a power interruption occurs, the building has a backup generator for common areas only.

The building also has two large water reserve tanks. Additionally, it shares the same water line as the nearby public hospital, so water service has been very reliable and there have been no water issues.

16. What is the WiFi speed?

High-speed WiFi is available in all apartments and common areas. The connection is fast and reliable for streaming, remote work, and video calls.

If you need the current speed details during the booking process, please ask and they will be provided.

17. Is there security in the building?

The building does not have a dedicated security guard. However, a staff member lives on the premises and assists with maintenance and general building support. He is available to help if anything is needed during your stay.

The building also has controlled access and security cameras in common areas for added safety.
