Overview

Casa Para Amar features distinctive architecture that sets it apart within the Residencial Pacifico Resort in Playas del Coco. The property is located just 30 minutes from Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia. This charming home includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms spread across three floors.

The Space

The ground floor is dedicated solely to an outdoor parking area. Upon entering, stairs lead to the second floor, which serves as the main living area.

This level embraces an open-concept design, allowing guests to interact while cooking, relaxing in the living room, or dining. Sliding glass doors open to a main pool terrace and a secondary terrace, both offering partial ocean views.

The main terrace is furnished with a seating area, barbecue grill, and a private pool.

On the same floor, there are two bedrooms:

• One bedroom with a queen-size bed
• One bedroom with two single beds

Both rooms share a full bathroom. Each bedroom includes a workspace, closet, and air conditioning.

For added privacy, the master bedroom is situated on the third floor. This spacious room receives ample natural light and features its own full bathroom. From this floor, guests can access a rooftop terrace via a spiral staircase. The terrace is equipped with comfortable seating and offers ocean views, making it an ideal spot to unwind.

Guest Access

Residents of Pacifico Resort have complimentary access to numerous amenities. Just five minutes from the house, there is a children's playground and trails leading to a lookout point.

Near the main entrance of Pacifico Resort, guests will find:

• Four shared swimming pools
• Tennis court
• Pickleball court
• Snack bar (food and beverages not included)

Outside the gated community, approximately ten minutes away, there is a recently renovated beach club located directly on the beach. Entrance requires a per-person fee, which is not included in the rental price. Guests can arrange payment upon arrival, with the concierge available to confirm the current fee.

Location

Playas del Coco is a small but vibrant community offering a variety of services, including restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The property's location provides convenient access to many popular destinations throughout Guanacaste, all within a one- to two-hour drive.
