If you love a tranquil, nature-rich, non-resort holiday, Playa Pelada is perfect for you. Our home boasts high ceilings, beautiful views and is overlooking the gorgeous community pool. It is a short walk down the condo's private path to beautiful Playa Pelada, which is great for swimming, body boarding and walking. We are also walking distance to the popular surfer beach, Playa Guiones, and a short drive to may yoga spots offering public classes daily. The space Both of the spacious bedrooms have built-in cabinets/closets to stow your belongings. They are enclosed with glass windows, have custom blinds and each has their own temperature controlled air conditioning unit. Both bathrooms are newly renovated with sleek cement counters and shower enclosures, and all new fixtures. The living space includes an open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite counters (including a bar that seats four), and a brand new double door stainless fridge (including an ice maker). The spacious seating area has lots of space for puzzling or playing games. The living area is also fully enclosed with windows and it's own AC unit. It opens to the spacious open-air balcony that has a large dining table, perfect for group meals. Guest access Las Palmas is a gated community, monitored by security guards at night. Guests have full access to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with internet and there is also shared internet in the pool area. Guests can enjoy the amenities of the Las Palmas community, including the beautiful pool area with both in sun and shaded areas and direct access to the beach. Laundry facilities are in the wash house next to the pool and available 7am-7pm. Other things to note This unit does not have a television. Our family has had this home for many years and use it as a place to unwind without a big screen! That said, it is equipped with internet if your small (and big) people must have their devices! Please note that due to HOA rules, only one family can stay in this unit and children should be 5 years or older.

We loved this Airbnb and had an amazing time in Costa Rica! The condo was clean, more spacious than the photos suggested, and featured a lovely covered outdoor porch where we ate most of our meals. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook several dinners during our stay. Our kids also enjoyed the community pool. The location was excellent—just a short walk along a private path to Playa Pelada, one of the most beautiful beaches. We also enjoyed dining at La Luna, a delicious restaurant a short walk down the beach, and Sunrise Cafe, just a quick stroll down the road. We spent time surfing at Guiones Beach, which is just a short drive, walk, or tuk-tuk ride from the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to bring a family, and we hope to come back next year. 💕

This apartment is located in a beautiful complex with a pool, just a minute’s walk from the pristine Playa Pelada beach. It is also within walking distance of Sunrise Coffee and several local restaurants, which we enjoyed exploring during our stay. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and appears to be a well-loved family beach home. It’s generally well equipped, although missing a few basic items that would have made our stay more comfortable. Additionally, the mattresses were very uncomfortable which impacted our sleep. Prior to our arrival, Claire, the host, sent a handbook with local recommendations, which was very helpful. As she is not based locally, she also provided the contact details of the property manager. There appeared to be some miscommunication between them, which led to minor issues during our stay. Overall, this is a beautiful apartment in a peaceful location - great for enjoying the relaxed pace of Playa Pelada.

Claire’s place in Nosara is awesome. the lush jungle is perfect, with tall ceilings, tons of greenery, and super comfy couches to just chill on. The beach feels almost private, and the pool is great. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are really nice. I had such a great time and would definitely come back!

What a fantastic place! The flat felt spacious with high ceiling, everything was clean and well presented. The surroundings amazing with the pool area outside, and the wonderful beach only a short walk on the path through the woods. The information provided was very easy to understand, and when we had further questions and needed tips, Claire was quick to reply and was very helpful. We loved our stay, a perfect spot for a family of five. We highly recommend a stay here!

Gorgeous setting! Enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching birds in the palms. Walking distance to the beach down a short path. Incredible sunsets. Convenient to everything in Nosara! Claire was a fantastic host with tons of recommendations! We hope to return :)

Coup de cœur! Bien situé , très propre, le logement avec son toit cathédrale semble beaucoup plus vaste que sur les photos. La belle grande terrasse avec vue sur la piscine est entourée de verdure. On a apprécié la proximité de la plage par un petit sentier privé. On s’y sent en sécurité avec les barrières à l’entrée. Bref, tout était parfait!

We had a wonderful week at Claire's - amazing location, clean and spacious, private and peaceful. Claire was so responsive and helpful, making it very easy to relax and enjoy the trip. A standout is having a private pathway to Playa Pelada just steps from the front door. Thank you for a great stay Claire!
