Maria was an incredible host, and her place in Playa del Carmen was absolutely amazing. The location could not have been better—everything we needed was within walking distance. She supported us every step of the way and consistently checked in to make sure our group had everything we needed. She also helped coordinate additional services, including airport transportation, private chefs, and massages, which made the entire experience even more convenient and enjoyable. The accommodation was spacious and perfect for a large group. We stayed for a referee trip, and the property exceeded our expectations in every way. We were beyond satisfied and plan to book with Maria year after year. Highly recommend!

Lo que más me gustó de esta casa fue la ubicación si te gusta salir, de noche o por las tardes, es perfecto todo esta cerca y puedes ir caminando a todos lados, las camas son superiores cómodas y me parece perfecto que cada habitación tenga su baño todo en general esta muy bien, la recomiendo👍🏻😊

en efecto mucho ruido por la no he pero como ya sabía mis 13 huéspedes se previnieron con tapones y asunto arreglado. todo el tiempo tuvimos ahí caliente en regaderas, espacio amplio con privacidad. Íbamos dos adultos mayores, y María Eugenia nos permitió dormir en la sala en sillones y así evitar subir escaleras. Gracias Eugenia no dudaríamos en quedamos en tu casa en la próxima vista. Eres un amor

My family spent four days in Playa del Carmen, and our stay was truly exceptional. Maria was wonderful to work with—very pleasant, proactive, and always quick to answer any questions. She was also incredibly understanding and supportive when our flight was delayed, which made a stressful situation much easier. We especially loved spending time on the rooftop. We enjoyed two full days up there barbecuing, relaxing, and making memories together as a family. It was the perfect space to unwind. The building itself is in a fantastic location—centrally situated, walkable to the beach, and close to many amenities, restaurants, and shops. It made getting around effortless. Overall, our stay was a 10+. If we return to Playa del Carmen, we would absolutely choose to stay at this Airbnb again.

Euge una genia, nos informó de todo lo que compete a la casa, a muchas excursiones y estuvo atenta en todo momento. Respondió todo lo que le consultamos en todo momento. El único detalle de la casa es el ruido que genera el bar que tiene en frente pero esto escapa de las manos de ella. Gracias Euge por todo.

Un lugar cómodo, acogedor y limpio, bien ubicado la anfitriona muy atenta y dispuesta a colaborar contigo pero hay un detalle, las discotecas ubicadas en frente del lugar son muy ruidosas y en la noches cuesta descansar

Definitivamente un gran lugar! cumple con absolutamente todo servicios al 100 y una atención inmejorable las habitaciones cuentan con total privacidad cada una y las zonas comunes excelente! Servicios como tienda farmacia etc... literal a unos pasos y el mar a 1 sola cuadra todo exclente 100% recomendado
