The Space
Access
The house is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk south of downtown. It offers beautiful views of the nearby hills while providing privacy and convenient access to town.
The property includes a 43,000-square-foot garden that remains green year-round thanks to its natural springs.
Weather
During the day, the weather is generally warm enough for light clothing, outdoor sports, sunbathing, and swimming in the pool. The house’s brick domes help keep the interior pleasantly cool.
Nights can be somewhat colder, depending on the season, but a sweater is usually enough to stay comfortable. During the rainy season, water is abundant, but it should not cause any inconvenience.
Location
The house is located in El Barrio de San Martín, surrounded primarily by fields, crops, and other country homes.
The property entrance is on Calle Juárez, one of Malinalco’s main streets. You will pass through a gate serving a family neighborhood and follow a dirt road between three houses. Access is permitted only to our property.

I loved the place! It is a house surrounded by nature with a tranquility that you can really feel. The pool has a super pleasant atmosphere, which is perfect for relaxing. The host and all the staff are super friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely come back. 100% recommended!

The place is wonderful, the view is spectacular, the pool is heated, the hosts always respond. The only drawback is that since there is so much nature, there are quite a few insects, spiders, and little snakes. It is very important to bring repellent. I think that if the house has a security guard and cleaning staff, they could be less careless, since there were too many areas with cobwebs inside the house, dust in the corners, and some things that were already broken, such as handles and windows for mosquitoes.
