The Space
This beautifully renovated and fully furnished 4-bedroom home is located in the La Veleta neighborhood. It includes 4.5 bathrooms and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, such as a full kitchen, washer, dryer, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and numerous additional amenities. Safe parking is available in front of the house, and Wi-Fi covers the entire property. Guests can relax in hammocks located in the private garden.
The main house features two bedrooms with king and queen beds, each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a separate building containing two studio casitas. One casita includes a king bed and a pull-out queen bed, along with a private bathroom.

A huge thank you to the hosts who helped us out for a villa last minute and were flexible to allow us to stay! The house is big and grand and we loved our stay. The only negatives were there was no hot water and we didn’t realise two bedrooms were in another building next to the main house. However we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others, just make sure the hot water is working! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful place and was perfect for my group. Greenwood was super responsive and was willing to help us however they could. The location is great as its not too far from the town and also leaves a nice drive to the beach.

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

This property is a gem! Only about a 30 min ride from the TQO airport. Numerous restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Just a short drive to larger restaurants, shops, and markets. Our host was responsive and offered numerous recommendations for things to do! The frequent rain of Tulum couldn’t dampen our party with such great accommodations! Will definitely rent again!

We had a great visit to Tulum. The house was perfect for our family of 5, it was great that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool area was lovely and we especially enjoyed the hammocks. It would have been made even better if the wooden chairs had cushions as these got uncomfortable after a while and there were only 2 sun beds. The kitchen was well equipped and had a big fridge and freezer. We struggled a little working out how to use the appliances so clear instructions in English would have been helpful. The host was quick to respond when we had q’s though. Washing machine and detergent were useful. The house was boiling hot when we arrived but it quickly cooled once the AC was on. Beds were all very comfy as were pillows. Hot water for showers was a little temperamental but we managed ok. Working out that turning to cold and then back to hot usually fixed it. We felt safe and secure and were glad we stayed here.

We had a party of 6. Everyone had enough space and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The outdoor area was very nice. We felt safe the entire time. We would recommend.

Ashley was amazing! She was so kind to check on us throughout our stay - even in the midst of the Hurricane! She gave excellent recommendations for food and cigars and the house was beautiful.

Greenwood was great! We looked at a few reviews that said they wished the AC had been turned on before they arrived. We asked Greenwood if they could do that for us and they were very accommodating. All ACs were on by the time we got to the house so the rooms were nice and cool. The house is very nice and spacious with all the needed amenities that one would expect. It was our home base for all the fun things we did in and around Tulum. Quick Tip: Walk to the convenience store down the street (Oxxo) and make a left. There are dozens of restaurants to pick from right there, just walking distance from the house! Restaurants of note on that street: Pizza Pazz and Nimeno Bakery. I hope this house is available the next time we come back!
