Our dipping pool on our balcony ideal to sip a beverage after a full day of sun and fun: Then it is a short walk to dinner and nightlife. We have full concierge service for all your needs. Offering pre- stocking of food and beverages as well as help with booking dinner, travel and fishing. There is now an on site restaurant for fine dining.
The space The glass walls of this unit offer stunning views overlooking all of Cabo San Lucas and the marina below. The glass wall fully retracts so the spacious balcony joins with the superbly appointed living and dining area. Live inside and outside. On the balcony, in addition to the comfortable furniture, you can relax in the stone soaking tub to sip wine while enjoying the view of the city below. The kitchen features top of the line stainless appliances and granite countertops with a gas cook top for the discerning cook. For your convenience, we provide a drip coffee maker, a blender, toaster and full bar accessories. There is a wine cooler under the granite island to keep your beverages at the perfect temperature. The dining area features a round table comfortably seating six but we also offer an outdoor dining table so you can dine alfresco overlooking the beautiful Cabo bay and skyline.
Guest access We provide Concierge service. Our "boots on the ground" person will meet you at the property. She will ensure that you are acquainted with our villa and aware of all the possibilities for your stay. We are within the gated community of Pedregal. Along with all the amenities of the condo, you will have access to the private beach and tennis courts of Pedregal. There is a back gate that leads right down to restaurant row. We are 2 blocks from the marina and Tesoro/Wyndham yet still in Pedregal.
Other things to note Our condo is stocked with things we like to have on our vacations. We have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, foldable beach table, totes and backpack cooler. We have a fully stocked kitchen as well. We have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. We also have a desk/work area with high speed internet for those that need to work and play. Our on site fitness center is also one floor below us.

Had a fantastic stay! We were down in the off season so it was really quiet, which was nice. Great condo with everything you need and the view was great! Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality, Patrick.

Our stay was perfect. The description was exactly what was got. The views were very nice of the town and water. The pool was perfect for young kids to swim in. We could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We would highly recommend the condo to friends and family.

Pictures did not do it justice! The Place is Even better in Person! Beautiful Views and walking distance to everything. Host Stephanie was amazing on giving introduction and recommendations. Recommended great food and one of the best fishing trips ever. Will definitely be returning and recommend this Condo 100%

The stay was lovely! It was a very spacious 2 bed condo with a fantastic view and large patio to enjoy. The patio has a dipping pool that we really enjoyed. It is close enough to walk to several restaurants, shops and the marina. There was also a good little grocery story about 2 blocks away. It was very comfy and included all the necessary amenities.
