On the balcony, in addition to the comfortable furniture, you can relax in the stone soaking tub to sip wine while enjoying the view of the city below. The kitchen features top of the line stainless appliances and granite countertops with a gas cook top for the discerning cook. For your convenience, we provide a drip coffee maker, a blender, toaster and full bar accessories. There is a wine cooler under the granite island to keep your beverages at the perfect temperature. The dining area features a round table comfortably seating six but we also offer an outdoor dining table so you can dine alfresco overlooking the beautiful Cabo bay and skyline. Guest access We provide Concierge service. Our "boots on the ground" person will meet you at the property. She will ensure that you are acquainted with our villa and aware of all the possibilities for your stay. We are within the gated community of Pedregal. Along with all the amenities of the condo, you will have access to the private beach and tennis courts of Pedregal. There is a back gate that leads right down to restaurant row. We are 2 blocks from the marina and Tesoro/Wyndham yet still in Pedregal. Other things to note Our condo is stocked with things we like to have on our vacations. We have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, foldable beach table, totes and backpack cooler. We have a fully stocked kitchen as well. On site fitness center. Is also one floor below us.
