The Space

The property is situated within the gated community of Pedregal, offering access to its private beach and tennis courts. A back gate provides direct access to restaurant row. The condo is just two blocks from the marina and the Tesoro/Wyndham area, while still enjoying the privacy of Pedregal.

Had a fantastic stay! We were down in the off season so it was really quiet, which was nice. Great condo with everything you need and the view was great! Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality, Patrick.

Our stay was perfect. The description was exactly what was got. The views were very nice of the town and water. The pool was perfect for young kids to swim in. We could walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We would highly recommend the condo to friends and family.

Pictures did not do it justice! The Place is Even better in Person! Beautiful Views and walking distance to everything. Host Stephanie was amazing on giving introduction and recommendations. Recommended great food and one of the best fishing trips ever. Will definitely be returning and recommend this Condo 100%

The stay was lovely! It was a very spacious 2 bed condo with a fantastic view and large patio to enjoy. The patio has a dipping pool that we really enjoyed. It is close enough to walk to several restaurants, shops and the marina. There was also a good little grocery story about 2 blocks away. It was very comfy and included all the necessary amenities.

It was a beautiful spot with a great view! Definitely private. Security was a little tough sometimes to get around with a big group.
