The property is located in an excellent spot. No real need to have a car, if needed items or experience not close then uber can be easily used and Súper affordable. Everything was just as my family and I needed it to be writhing the actual property.

Great place, great location, lots of room to move around, beautiful views, convenient. This place is great and Mauricio was awesome to deal with. My suggestions to Mauricio for improvements would be - 1. separate washer and dryer units as the combo unit was not great; 2. More functional kitchen would be nice - proper fridge and stove, etc. but not a big deal; 3. most importantly, I would change the rooftop to couch style furniture with umbrellas and some fake large plants to provide shading and remove the two person plunge pool which, in my view, is not all that functional. I would make the rooftop really shaded and inviting for morning coffee (the view is gorgeous) and afternoon/evening cocktails.

Location is easy to access, the place was spacious and comfortable, the host was kind and attentive at all times, even at 2am when there was water issues (Area issue not host issue) he was attentive and replied

I honestly I believe I rented the best place in the area. Place was huge and comfortable. AC worked great with the heat and humidity. Great view of the city and town with a roof top pool. Area has high traffic during the day but quiet at night. I recommend this place because you can see fireworks all over the city and town.
