We were very happy with the Airbnb. Lucas organized everything perfectly and always replied very quickly. There’s nothing to complain about – it was a very pleasant stay!

We stayed here as a family with three kids (a toddler, a six-year-old, and a teenager), and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic - the beach is right in front of the property, and the pool is conveniently right next to the unit, which the kids loved. A couple of things to note: the rooms are located on separate floors with open outdoor walkways between them. Because of that, we all stayed on one floor rather than use the lower unit, since it felt too separate from the rest of the space. Also, the main common areas like the kitchen and living room are open to the property walkway, so anyone heading to the beach or pool can see right in. A few times, people even walked up and asked us questions thinking it was the property office, which made the space feel less private. That said, the setting itself is beautiful, and the easy access to the pool and beach made it a memorable trip for our family. It’s a wonderful spot for a relaxed, beachfront experience.

Beautiful spot in Sayulita! It was our first time in this picturesque town and Lucas and Caleb's place couldn't have been more perfect. The view and proximity to the sea is the property's highest point. The beautiful and super-equipped kitchen with the privilege of cooking by the beach. You can easily walk to the village. The property is safe. Two points to keep in mind: The ground floor room is not connected to the other two rooms internally, you have to go outside and climb an external staircase. In our case, with children, that was a disadvantage because at night they felt distant from us. The property is located in a complex where there are a good number of houses, one next to the other. We were not lucky with the neighbors during our stay as they were very noisy at night and that did not let us sleep peacefully. Lucas and Caleb are excellent hosts, they have solved a problem with the air conditioning in a matter of hours. We'll be back!

In my experience on Airbnb, the host has been the best. Very attentive and always available to give a good experience. The house is very nice, right on the beach.

Just steps from the beach and a short walk from amazing restaurants, this was the perfect place for a relaxing group trip to Sayulita. Our group of 6 loved being able to be at the beach and run back to use one of the bathrooms as needed! There was a closet with umbrellas and chairs; though we didn't use them, it was great knowing they were there. And the cleaner was really friendly and left the place sparkling! This Airbnb is part of a complex of open-concept apartments and rentals, so just know that there will be noise during the daytime hours from the community pool and nearby neighbors talking and playing their music. But at night, it was quiet and so lovely to fall asleep to the waves.

It's one of the best places we've stayed in Sayulita

We had a great stay! Lucas’ team was super responsive and extremely helpful for a variety of our needs. Caleb, the person we were in touch with, we appreciated so much! He went above and beyond to answer our questions and help however needed! The house is amazing, we were there with 5 adults and it was perfect. Some of the reviews mentioned noise, which wasn’t a problem for us. The space is very indoor outdoor so we’d have to make sure our things were locked in our rooms, but that was just personal preference as the property felt very safe and we probably could have left things in the kitchen or upstairs lounge area without concern. The cleaners were immaculate, the security guards were so helpful and kind and did rounds frequently to make sure the property was safe. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows, sheets were high quality, location was perfect steps from the beach, and we had a great time! I highly recommend this spot!
