The Space
Villa Arena is situated in the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood, offering breathtaking ocean views from nearly every area of the property. This roomy villa includes a private heated pool, a heated jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden fire pit, board games, and a rooftop terrace with views of the Arch and an additional fire pit.
The villa features six ocean-view suites, each with terraces, king-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. One suite includes a bathtub. Central air conditioning with independent controls and ceiling fans are available in every room, along with blackout curtains.
Details of the bedrooms:
- One suite on the ground floor has a king-size bed, a hydro-massage tub, indoor and outdoor showers, and a terrace.
- The fifth suite includes a king-size bed, two queen bunk beds, a bathroom, closet, and a private terrace.
- The sixth bedroom has separate access, pool and terrace views, sheer and blackout curtains, a closet, mini-split air conditioning, and an exterior full bathroom.
- There is a service room with a bunk bed (two twin beds), independent garage access, and it shares an exterior full bathroom with the sixth bedroom and pool area. This room can serve as a small seventh bedroom.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa and the golf cart, which facilitates easy travel within El Pedregal, including trips to the private beach just a six-minute walk away. Please note the golf cart is restricted to use inside the Pedregal community.
Pedregal also offers tennis courts and a basketball court for guest use.

Services Included
When you book Villa Arena, the following services are included in the price:
- Daily housekeeping service from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., which covers floor cleaning, dish and kitchen cleaning, common area maintenance, towel changes upon request, and bed making. Housekeeping is not available on Sundays or Mexican holidays.
- Concierge service
- Daily breakfast served by a butler

Pool and Jacuzzi Details
- Pool temperature can be heated up to 90°F and is heated for eight continuous hours daily. Guests can specify preferred heating schedules with the concierge.
- Jacuzzi temperature can reach up to 104°F and operates for two consecutive hours before requiring manual reactivation. Scheduling can also be arranged through the concierge.
Additional Notes
- Laundry and ironing services are not included.
- Guests may inquire with the concierge about appropriate tipping for housekeeping staff.
- The housekeeping service provided during the stay does not include deep cleaning at check-out.
- The jacuzzi in the fifth room is out of service during the rainy season.
- Quiet hours must be respected to ensure a peaceful environment.

Villa arena was incredible from start to finish! We had an amazing stay in Cabo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paola, the house manager, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She helped us with recommendations, arrangements, and anything else we needed, which made everything so easy. Our butler, Juan, was absolutely incredible. He was so attentive, made amazing drinks, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We also used the private chef recommended by the host, Chef Edgardo Soto of 710 Catering Baja, and the food was phenomenal. We had several private dinners, and every meal was excellent. I highly recommend Chef Edgardo and his team! The maid and her staff were also wonderful. They made us delicious breakfast every morning and did an amazing job keeping the house clean and organized throughout our stay. We really appreciated how attentive and helpful they were. High recommend!

We had the absolute best stay here for my bachelorette party! The house is even more beautiful in person, incredibly clean, and the perfect setup for a group. Waking up to the delicious breakfast every morning was such a treat and made the experience feel extra special. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Juan was hands down the best bartender—we looked forward to his drinks every day, and he made the experience so much fun. The team was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. They also recommended the most amazing massage therapists for our recovery day after being out on the boat, and it ended up being one of everyone’s favorite parts of the trip. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo. No complaints whatsoever!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and looked even better than the pictures. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we felt at home throughout our trip. The location was perfect close to everything while still offering peace and privacy. This was truly one of the best out-of-the-country travel experiences we’ve had. Our stay was fantastic! We had a large group of 14 and the home accommodated us very well. The concierges provided us not only with great options for transportation to and from the airport, but also private meals arranged at the house, as well as a cleaner - all of which made it feel extremely high end and luxurious.

I had my bachelorette party here and it was amazing! No notes! The house fit 16 girls comfortably and everyone was extremely happy with their stay. We spent a lot of time around the pool and hot tubs which made it fun yet still relaxing. Sela was an absolute angel to work with. She was responsive and even left us some congratulations cupcakes for being the bride! She is super sweet and gave us all the best recommendations. Juan (our weekend concierge) was incredible and always made sure we were fed and had a drink in our hand. He made our stay so fun just by being there. Lastly, the chef and team at the house were 10/10. Each meal was perfect. Highly recommend staying here! We can’t wait to go back.
