Villa Arena is located in the exclusive Pedregal area, offering stunning ocean views from almost every part of the property. This spacious villa features:

Daily Housekeeping

Housekeeping is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. during your stay and includes:

• Floor cleaning
• Dish and kitchen cleaning
• Common area cleaning
• Towel changes upon request
• Bed making

Note: Housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or Mexican holidays. Laundry and ironing services are not included. Ask the concierge about appropriate tipping for the housekeeping staff. This housekeeping service is extra during your stay and does not cover deep cleaning at check-out.

Pool and Jacuzzi

The Pool

• Maximum temperature of 90°F
• Heated for eight continuous hours (specify your preferred schedule with our concierge)

The Jacuzzi

• Maximum temperature of 104°F
• Operates for two consecutive hours, then needs to be turned on manually (specify your preferred schedule with our concierge)

Note: The fifth room jacuzzi is out of service during the rainy season.
