The villa is located on Manuel Antonio Hill, just a two-minute walk from top restaurants, bars, a yoga center, ATM, pharmacy, bus stop, and grocery store along a paved road. Both nearby beaches are within a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride. Note that only Espadilla Beach is accessible by bus.

The city of Quepos, known for its variety of shops, restaurants, bars, casinos, markets, and sport fishing opportunities, is a five-minute drive from Villa Manuel Antonio.
