The Space
This spacious, modern home in Playa Chiquita is surrounded by large trees and located just a 10-minute walk from the sea. The house accommodates up to six guests and includes a private pool.

Please note that the house uses rainwater and well water. We recommend obtaining drinking water for drinking and cooking.
Pet Policy
This is a Pet Friendly House. One pet is allowed per stay with advance approval. Please contact us before booking to review the conditions and policies, as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet.
An additional charge of $35 per pet per stay applies.
Pet-Friendly Conditions
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet, including damage to third parties or furnishings in the property.
- Pets may not climb on beds, couches, hammocks, or other furniture. Please provide your pet with its own comfortable spot.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
- If your pet tends to use furniture, consider bringing your own sheets and towels.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Keep your pet on a leash when entering or leaving the property.
- Do not leave your pet unattended at the property.
- Pets may not be bathed in the house bathrooms.
- House towels may not be used to dry pets.
Security Deposit
A $300 hold on your card is a precautionary measure managed by Airbnb, not an actual charge. The amount will only be charged if there is damage to the property.
Guest Access
Please respect the designated check-in time. Early arrivals require prior authorization. Arriving early without approval will result in a USD $50 charge deducted from the security deposit.
The alarm remote control is attached to the house keys and is simple to use:
- The left button activates the alarm.
- The right button deactivates the alarm.
Please take care of the remote control. A $150 replacement fee applies if it is lost or misplaced.

The place is in the jungle and creates an immersive experience. The pool was very refreshing. The road is a little rough but surprisingly an easy walk to the Main Street which was very close to groceries and restaurants. No AC meant it was a little hot at first but that quickly did not matter because the mesh at the windows allowed us to enjoy the wild sounds of the surroundings. We quickly adjusted and loved our time there. Wanted to stay longer. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

This is a great house at a great location. The pool is also great but at the bottom of the pool little mozaïc stones are missing and I cut my foot on sharp edges. At arrival we had not received instructions on how to enter the house and it took a while for to get hold of the host who was not responding to our calls at first. In general we had a great stay in an amazing house but the above points should be adressed by the owners.

The house is wonderful. It's as shown in the photos. The truth is that it feels bad when you have to leave ;) Regarding the area, it is very quiet and there are good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Regarding Monica, she has been very attentive, with perfect communication. In short, I would return to this house without hesitation.

The place is as seen in the photos. Communication was good! The place is very comfortable for the family. The pool, as seen in the photos, is surrounded by nature, ideal for resting! I hope to return!

We loved our family stay in this house. It is equipped with everything you could need to spend a few days with your family. Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beautiful pool. I recommend it!

We loved the house! It's beautiful and very comfortable, but the best part is the connection with nature. We spent a week there with our family and the days weren't enough. We never lacked anything. What's more, we didn't want to leave the house. Very important point: you DO NOT need air conditioning. Everything in perfect condition, very well equipped, and the location is very good, in the middle of everything. Highly recommended!!
