The villa overlooks the 18th fairway of the renowned Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, with sweeping views of the ocean, rolling fairways, and surrounding mountains. Its single-story design provides comfortable, spacious living for families, golf groups, and multigenerational stays.

Traditional Hacienda details blend with modern luxury throughout the home, including rich wood accents, granite countertops, marble finishes, and beautifully appointed living areas.
