The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a closet, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds.

The open-plan living and kitchen area supports indoor-outdoor living. The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa facing a flat-screen smart TV, ideal for relaxing with your group. The modern kitchen has a central island that offers additional seating. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors allow plenty of natural light and open onto the patio, which has extra seating and dining space. The patio overlooks the L-shaped swimming pool, complete with poolside loungers.

Other Things to Note

During drought periods, the area may experience scheduled water conservation, which can lead to temporary water shortages. This home is equipped with a water reservoir tank and pump, so guests should not be affected. However, in rare cases, shortages might occur. If you notice anything unusual, please inform us so we can investigate.

Tamarindo is a lively tourist destination, so it is important to take precautions to secure your belongings. This home is protected by an alarm system; guests are encouraged to use these security features during their stay.
