The Space
This bright, modern home is a brand-new build in a developing area. It includes three bedrooms, a private pool, and the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The main entrance is equipped with a keyless lock, allowing guests to arrive at their convenience and complete a self check-in.
Inside, the open-plan living area is located to the left, while the three bedrooms are situated along the corridor to the right:
- The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, an open walk-in closet, and patio doors providing direct access to the patio and pool area.
- The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a closet.
- The third bedroom, located in the main house, has two twin beds.
The open living and kitchen area is designed for indoor-outdoor living. The living room includes an oversized L-shaped sofa facing a flat-screen smart television, creating a comfortable space for the entire group to relax. The modern kitchen features a central island with additional seating.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors fill the home with natural light and open onto the patio. The outdoor area offers additional seating and dining space, along with a refreshing L-shaped swimming pool and poolside loungers.

A private patrol service provides additional security throughout the neighborhood during evening hours. Regular motorized patrols offer participating homes an added layer of monitoring and peace of mind.

Water Conservation

Saturday sunday and monday excessive noise from construction Was not told about this , pool maintence is not fully done , im cleaning the pool excessivyly , one of the rooms did not havehot water at all or a water heater under the sink , we tried everything , no water pressure aswell , must update your amenities and technology in order to cater to other clients needs pump pressure And excessive charge for an additional day 157 for 1 night is excessive

Amazing place for our stay in Tamarindo! The location was perfect, 5 minute drive to the beach and the town. The owners gave us great recommendations and were very responsive. The pool was an amazing add on to have with the heat. I definitely recommend.

The place is very nice, clean and close to a supermarket. What I do think is important is that it lacks security. None of the windows have bars, and there is no gate on the front door. I say this because of what happened in the early hours of Sunday, August 3, in Tamarindo. We were scared, and knowing that the only thing we had was the front door, we were a little scared. Otherwise, the place is lovely.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family of six. The location was great -just a short drive to the beach. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, as well as a cute restaurant called Rural that has a great breakfast and lunch. Check-in was very easy with clear instructions, and the house was extremely clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare basic meals, and we absolutely loved having the pool! It was clean, refreshing, and a favorite with our family. The hosts were wonderful and incredibly responsive. One small thing to be aware of: there is a rooster next door who likes to make himself known in the mornings, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs! 😊 Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The house was comfortable, clean, convenient, and a perfect home base for our time in Tamarindo. We really loved our stay and would happily stay here again

Nice place to stay. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. It is conveniently located near the beach, supermarkets and restaurants in a quiet and very peaceful neighborhood. We were not able to get hot water at any time (and could not find the heaters), but it was not a big issue after all.

We had an enjoyable time staying at this property. Instructions for check in and check out were clear, and we used the recommended booking site provided by the hosts to go on an ATV and Zipline tour which was fun. The pool was nice and the outdoor shower was convenient. We had only one issue regarding the next door neighbors pet chickens which would crow everyday between 3 am - 7 am, making it very difficult for us to stay sleep. Highly recommend bringing earplugs.
