Villa 4 BUGAMBILIA is one of eight fully equipped villas, featuring tasteful décor and access to a shared palapa, garden, and pool area.
The property is conveniently located a 10-minute drive from downtown Cancun and within walking distance of the club district. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, it offers a welcoming place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
The Space
The villa has a private entrance and a covered garage with space for two cars. Its layout spans three floors and includes:

Andrea’s place was amazing! Apple Maps did take us about a block down the street when we initially were finding the place, but it got us close enough to use the pictures she sent to find it! It is large and worked perfectly for our group!

Spacious home with amazing back yard. Would stay here again. Located in hotel zone, has a large convenient store just a few minutes away walking distance. Pool towels provided!

This was a great place for our family of 6 (parents with adult kids). There was plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy as well as room for us to gather comfortably in the shared spaces. The home was clean although a little dated. The pool and patio were a nice touch. It was within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. It was also easy to walk to the bus stop to ride it into the hotel zone or to the beaches. There were taxis available nearby and it was also easy to order an uber ride. For our first trip to Mexico, we all enjoyed our vacation and the space this home provided to relax and unwind.

Beautiful villa on the coast of the lagoon. Very good location to walk to hotel zone and the beach. Very spacious, felt secure and so friendly staff working for the property. Amazing garden and pool side. Definitely recommend!

Hi, this is an amazing area clean and it’s safe. I love the swimming pool. This is the second time we stayed in the same place. I love it, and there is always a Security Guy watching over everything and a walking distance to the beach and all the nightclubs. Everybody was nice and kind from the cleaning crew Security Guy and the guys maintaining the property outside. I will definitely go back and stay with you guys.

Easily one of the best stays I ever had in an Airbnb. Getting to lift weights on the balcony in the early morning sun followed by a quick dip into the pool provided for an immaculate start into our action filled days. Andrea has always been responsive and helpful. The common area was always neatly clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! The property is spacious, clean, and serene, offering a perfect retreat. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and on the patio, with beautiful views of the water. Nina was incredibly responsive and always ready with helpful recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure staying with Nina, and we highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful place.
