Important Information About Your Stay

Last-Minute Reservation

This listing offers a special four-bedroom configuration of Casa Fantastica for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.

Private Chef

Private chef service is not included with this special last-minute rate. Private chef experiences may be arranged separately through the Escape Villas concierge team. Food and beverages are additional.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Maid service is available for an additional $25 per day with this last-minute rate. Guests do not have direct access to the villa’s laundry facilities; personal laundry can be handled by the housekeeping staff.

Security Deposit

A refundable cash security deposit of $400–$500, depending on group size, may be required for very last-minute check-ins to cover damage or missing items. The deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage or missing property.
