Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly updated studio at the beautiful Sweet Dreams condominium complex. Host Jonathan will be available to assist guests with anything they may need.

The condominium is approximately a 10-minute walk from Ocotal Beach and a 20-minute walk from downtown Coco. The property is accessible by all types of vehicles and offers parking, with security guards monitoring the area.

Two beach chairs are available for guest use, provided they are returned undamaged.

The Space

This spacious studio includes:

• A brand-new bed frame and mattress
• A sofa bed
• A double bed and sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests
• A dining table for four
• A newly equipped kitchen
• An electric stove
• A kettle
• A coffee maker
• A safe for storing personal belongings
• A work area suitable for working guests and digital nomads
• Internet with speeds of up to 100 Mbps

Guest Access

Guests have access to the shared pool area and the common laundry facilities.

The laundry is located directly across from the unit and costs $2 for washing and $2 for drying.

Costa Rica is a developing country, so interruptions to essential services such as water, electricity, and internet may occur. These events are unpredictable and outside the host’s control.

Starter Supplies

The property is competitively priced, with discounts available for longer stays. This pricing reflects the limited starter supply provided in the condominium, which includes:

• A few rolls of toilet paper
• One roll of paper towels
• A sponge
• Dish soap
• Hand soap
• Trash bags
• Basic cleaning supplies

Shampoo is not provided. Once the initial supplies have been used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.

Kitchen Sink Water

In Costa Rica, kitchen sinks commonly do not have hot-water connections. The water from the kitchen sink may therefore be room temperature.

Cleaning

The cleaning fee covers cleaning after departure only. Additional cleaning services during your stay may be arranged at your expense.

Amenities

Cancellations and Repairs

The property follows a strict cancellation policy. Refunds for cancellations are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We aim to address repairs that affect your stay as promptly as possible during business hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Relocation

Moving to another property after booking is not possible due to preferences or amenities that were not communicated before the reservation. Relocation may be considered only in extreme circumstances.

Towels

Please avoid staining the white towels. Charges will apply for stains that cannot be removed.

House Rules and Policies

• Report any cleaning issues immediately so they can be addressed. All other issues should also be communicated promptly.
• Parties and events are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors. A $100 cleaning charge will apply if smoking is detected inside.
• Pets are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• Only registered guests may stay at the property. Unregistered guests may result in additional charges and a penalty fee.
• Please avoid eating or drinking on the beds.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit and set the temperature above 20°C to prevent freezing and damage.
• Dispose of all trash before departure.
• Follow the scheduled check-in and check-out times to avoid charges for unauthorized late check-outs.
• Fees apply for lost key replacements and lock changes.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Report any damage immediately.
• One parking space is provided in the gated parking area.
• For emergencies, contact the property managers. Local emergency services are available at the provided emergency numbers.
