Lily was a great host. We had several conversations and was always responsive and accommodating.Claudia who works with Lily was always available for any question. Lily recommended someone who could help our large group and Lolita was a lovely lady. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable.The amenities are top notch. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: - LOCATION! - condo unit is well situated in the complex, right next to the pool and a 14 min walk to a great beach which has a turtle hatching station! - peaceful and safe with great sidewalks, both my adult kids said it met their needs for a great stay with their kids - unit is beautiful and worked well for our family of 10, a variety of spaces to gather as a group or find quiet time. The pool is only steps from the unit and was enjoyed a lot. - kitchen 's well stocked and the high chair and crib were greatly appreciated. - variety of beach items available - Lily communicated effectively before and during our stay, responding to our requests in a timely manner Cons: - often took a long time to get hotwater to the showers - challenging with toddlers - had to be vigilant with stairs and no bath tub - there were some cleaning issues upon arrival but Lily addressed them - few restaurants/bars within easy walking distance, be prepared to use ride programs if you go out
