The estate is enclosed by a 360-degree bamboo security fence and secured with two remote-controlled car gates. Additional amenities include a workshop and a storage area for sports equipment and bicycles. Bikes and surfboards are available on-site for rent.
Construction began in 2021 and was completed in 2025. The estate boasts ceilings over nine feet high, creating a spacious and open atmosphere in every room.

Our stay this weekend was great. The location is unbeatable, very comfortable and close to everything we needed. In addition, the check-in process was very simple thanks to the clear and precise instructions they gave us from the start. The place met our expectations, and we really enjoyed the experience. We stayed at Brad's place for a month and loved it. It was in a great location that felt peaceful and safe, but was close enough to everything to feel involved. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Brad was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here for any length of time.
