The condominium has many amenities for all ages, especially for sports. There is very good internal surveillance. The house is modern and easily accessible. It is very well equipped and perfect for family vacations. José is an excellent host, always attentive and friendly.

Jose was a great host. He was always available, very helpful and actually allowed my family and i space to actually transition to costa rica. He took care of everything he said he would and then some. We were blessed to get a host like jose and would recommend his location to anyone looling to stay.

A house with plenty of space, perfect for spending time with family. My daughter spent every day of our stay in the pool. José Pablo made sure to keep us informed and gave us all the necessary instructions.

The home was exactly as described and all the photos were 100% spot on. Community was gated with 24/7 security. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Home was spacious but cozy. Private pool was fantastic. The location was incredible. Away from the chaos of Jaco but within 10 minute drive. 5 minute drive to Playa Herradura beach. Beach was almost empty so extremely relaxing. Grocery stores and shopping very close. Felt like an authentic Costa Rican experience. Jose was a great host very responsive both before and during stay. Would 100% recommend d and I look forward to returning next year.

The location is super convenient, especially being so close to Auto Mercado. The condominium is beautiful, and the common areas, including the pool and bathrooms, were in excellent condition. The house itself was spotless and very well stocked — from toiletries like shampoo and conditioner to cooking essentials and condiments, everything we needed was there. The host was extremely responsive and quick to reply. Overall, it was a great stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily come back!

A lovely house, with a nice swimming pool. The shared pool is also fantastic. Everything was very neat and the kitchen was well equipped. I don't think beach house is a very appropriate name given that the beach is not within walking distance and the bracelets you have to wear in the park have a sharp edge, which is not very convenient with small children that you often have to pick up. All in all, a nice place and a lovely modern house with plenty of space, good beds and great showers.
