The location is oceanfront, adjacent to 12th Street (known for its bars) and just steps from 5th Avenue, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Guest Access

Ocean Plaza is situated in a prime location facing the sea and within walking distance to all city attractions. There is no need for a car during your stay.

The concierge is available to assist with airport transportation and booking tourist activities.

Free parking is available on the premises, subject to availability. The building has six double parking spaces accommodating 12 cars, shared among 20 condominiums. Since most guests do not bring cars, parking is usually sufficient, except during peak holiday seasons.

Additional Information

• Beach Access:
  Due to climate change, the beach has experienced erosion and is not suitable for swimming or recreational activities. However, it offers beautiful views of fishermen’s boats and Cozumel Island.

• Noise Policy:
  No loud noise or parties are allowed, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Noise from nearby clubs may be audible. A fine of $100 USD applies for excessive noise.

• Visitors and Extra Guests:
  Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM with a maximum of 6 visitors. Additional guests beyond the sixth person incur a charge of $30 USD per person per night.

• Parking:
  Free parking is available but subject to availability. Please provide your car model and license plate number before arrival.

• Smoking and Drugs:
  Smoking, including vaping, is only permitted on the terrace with windows closed. Smoking indoors results in a $100 USD fine. Drug use is strictly prohibited.

• Air Conditioning:
  Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the apartment and keep doors and windows closed while in use.

• Long Stays:
  Electricity costs are not included for stays longer than 28 nights and are charged at 3.5 MXN per kilowatt.

• Elevator:
  Maximum of two people per ride.

• Baby Items:
  A crib and high chair are available for rent at 100 MXN per night per item.

• Laundry Service:
  Available at an additional cost. Drying clothes on terraces or windows is not allowed.

• Grill Use:
  Only gas or electric grills are permitted on penthouse terraces. Charcoal or firewood grills are prohibited.

• Pets:
  No pets are allowed.
