Très belle maison spacieuse et très sécuritaire. Guérite à l’entrée le soir et patrouille sur la plage. Beau coucher de soleil. Bel emplacement sur le bord de la mer. Piscine avec vue sur la mer. Belle terrasse recouverte avec beaucoup d’espace et une salle de bain à côté, très pratique. Resto Lounge au bout de la rue, une très belle découverte, super ambiance, bel accueil chaleureux, filet mignon et saumon excellent. Il y a aussi le Costa Linda à proximité où on a très bien mangé sans oublier le resto Arrecife à environ 20 minutes de route. On peut prendre de très grandes marches sur le bord de la mer avec de très beaux paysages. Bernardo a été un très bon hôte, répondait très rapidement à nos messages. Merci.

We stayed at Bernardo’s house for 6 nights and we loved every minute. The pool and beach access /view was amazing and the house had everything we needed. Met some amazing people and had some delicious meals at the two restaurants that were within walking distance. We highly recommend this house for your vacationing needs.

Property pictures outdated. Read through all reviews! Everything is still dated and neglected. A fair choice if budget is important! Scarlett Macaws and other birds, daily. Racoons, iguanas and lizards. Sunsets are BEAUTIFUL. Bernardo and Silvana are VERY quick to respond. Water went out or faulty pump w/constant loud high pitch noise. Turned pump off at night. fridge smelled of fish. Had to unplug for hours. Chef had to use house next door. Silvana tried to clean. 1 bedroom part of the house. 3 Independent bedrooms. Locking the main house locks the 3 bedrooms out. Security patrol beach side and street side, many security cameras throughout neighborhood. Some window locks work. All sinks plumbed for cold water only. hot water in all showers. Furniture is very bad. pool lounge chairs unusable. Beach has ALOT of trash. Marcella is a Nutritionist/Chef. She's OUTSTANDING. limited to 1000 characters makes this review difficult. House needs furniture, care, updating.

This place was truly wonderful! Besides only having plastic furniture that was not really comfortable, the rooms were spacious each with their own bathroom, the kitchen and dining room were large enough for our group, and the pool was amazing! right on the ocean, we drank or morning coffee watching the macaws pick a tree to eat from, saw monkeys, iguanas and lizards! great vacation over all, thank you! Note: it is secluded, restaurants and grocery stores are about a 25 min drive, a vehicle is highly recommended to get to and from this property.

Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! De accommodatie ligt in een prachtige, rustige omgeving, direct aan het strand én aan de rand van een jungle. We hebben daar apen, wasberen, eekhoorns en zelfs ara’s gezien — echt bijzonder! Het zwembad was heerlijk is goed en de tuin is mooi aangelegd. Ook de overdekte buitenruimte is ideaal om lekker te zitten en te eten, zelfs als het even regent. De parkeergelegenheid achter een afsluitbaar hek is een fijne extra. De (tuin)meubels, badkamers, matrassen en keukenapparatuur zijn wat gedateerd, en daarom geven we 4 in plaats van 5 sterren. Een groot pluspunt is dat elke slaapkamer beschikt over een eigen badkamer, toilet en airco — dat maakt het verblijf extra comfortabel.

Bernardo was an amazing host. Very responsive with all communications. The family enjoyed the pool and it was well maintained. A bathroom for everyone. We got to see wild white faced monkeys too. It is reclusive so a vehicle is recommended. I would stay with this host again.

A paradise within paradise! This home was everything we were looking for—beautiful, peaceful, and tucked away just enough to feel like our own private retreat. Waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning was pure magic, and we spent most of our days relaxing in the private pool with stunning views of the ocean and lush surroundings. Every bedroom felt like its own master suite, complete with private bathrooms, and the open layout made it easy to soak in the views from the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom. Big thanks to Silvana for recommending Cevichero Arrecife—so good! We also had Chef Marcela cook for us during our stay, and her fresh, flavorful meals were such a gift. Warm, kind, and incredibly talented. With help from Bernardo, we booked some amazing excursions through Ingrid at Natura Resources—horseback riding, ATVs, and a chocolate tour that we’ll be talking about for a long time. It was the kind of stay that feeds your soul. We can’t wait to come back.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos esta casa, nos encanta. La ubicación es increíble, frente al mar con una vista de la piscina y al mar desde la cocina, el comedor, la sala y el cuarto principal. La casa es muy acogedora y cómoda, con todo lo necesario. La piscina a una temperatura muy agradable a todas horas. Los pisos, camas y baños se veían limpios, sin embargo debe mejorarse la limpieza de cosas como los utensilios de cocina, las sillas, perillas de puertas, etc. Algunos de los utensilios de cocina requieren reemplazo.
