Matapalo 405 is a luxury condominium featuring two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The unit offers stunning ocean views and is designed with Mediterranean architecture. It includes a full custom kitchen, central air conditioning, and high-speed internet for your comfort and convenience.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, two full closets, cable TV, and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking both Tamarindo and Playa Grande. There is also a smaller sliding door connecting to the main balcony. The adjacent master bathroom features a large bathtub and a granite vanity.
The second bedroom contains two twin beds, ideal for children, and is illuminated by a large window. Next to this bedroom is the second bathroom, equipped with a tiled shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The living room includes a comfortable couch and chairs, a TV with cable, and access to a balcony with a small seating area where you can enjoy sunsets over the ocean. The couch also converts into a pull-out bed suitable for two guests. Additionally, the balcony has a gas grill for cooking meals ranging from barbecue to grilled pineapple.
