The location is super good. Fifth Avenue is just around the corner, and it's two minutes from the beach. The pool is nice. There are details that can be easily improved, but it's worth it.

The apartment is very nice and super accessible. The host hands it over clean and tidy. However, there is one thing that could be improved: the bathroom in the second bedroom always smells really bad. In the mornings, there was a pee smell coming out of the shower drain, and the toilet also gives off a really bad smell. Whether it's in use or not, the smell is strong; that was something very unpleasant. However, it’s not something that’s up to her per se; I think the apartment complex should verify that. Otherwise everything was very good in the apartment. I would rent it again
