The Space

Indoor Living

The villa features a modern, open-concept layout that combines comfort and style. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen and an additional kitchenette on the second floor make the home well suited to multiple families or groups.

Wide-open spaces and high ceilings create a spacious atmosphere. Fast Wi-Fi supports remote work, streaming, and staying connected. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV and ceiling fan.

The first floor includes:

First-Floor King Suite

The first-floor one-bedroom suite features a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in closet with hangers and shelving, and a private en-suite bathroom.

• Workstation

Family Sleeping

The first-floor Family Sleeping room includes a comfortable queen-size bed and a large bunk bed with two twin mattresses. The high ceilings allow adults to sit upright in the bunks.

• Access to a connected bathroom

The bathroom has a Jack-and-Jill-style layout, with doors opening to both the bedroom and family room. Both doors can be locked.

Chef’s Kitchen

The spacious chef’s kitchen is equipped for preparing nearly any meal, whether you cook independently or hire one of the recommended private chefs. Common spices, olive oil, and coffee are provided to help you get started.

Second-Floor Living Area

The upstairs living area includes a sofa bed that converts into a king-size bed. A small kitchenette provides additional convenience and opens directly onto the balcony overlooking the garden, private pool, and forest.

The covered balcony features:

• Large table for outdoor dining
• Smaller table suitable for games

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, one on each side of the living area.

Second-Floor Bedrooms

Both second-floor bedrooms include:

The property entrance opens onto a beautiful garden filled with vibrant flowering plants that attract hundreds of butterflies during the rainy season. The garden includes:

• A striking traveler’s palm

The backyard features a private pool with a consistent depth of approximately 5 feet. Surrounded by a well-maintained garden and views of a forest frequented by local howler monkeys, the pool and patio are popular gathering areas.

An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after time at the beach or in the pool. Outdoor towels are provided.

Al fresco dining is available at the locally handcrafted table near the pool or on the upstairs balcony.

For privacy and security, the property is gated and fenced. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the villa cool and comfortable.
