The place is as described. Excellent location one block from the promenade. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos. It has exclusive parking. It is as seen in the photos and as described. We spent a few very pleasant days and it is definitely our choice for returning to La Paz. Thank you.

This place was the ideal location and walkable. It’s was well taken care of and beautiful. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The host was very attentive and even assisted with providing beach accessories for a beach day. Villa Monarka is AMAZING!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed to feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights is the location. Everything is incredibly convenient—just a short distance to the malecón, as well as plenty of great restaurants and local shops nearby. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Even better, the beaches are only about a 25-minute drive away, which made for perfect day trips. Despite being close to so many attractions, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated after a full day out. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and relaxation. I came to La Paz for the first time on my 35th birthday and wow did it blew my expectations out of the water. The Airbnb was in the perfect location, very walkable but not too close the center of downtown where noise was an issue. Instructions were clear and while we had a few issues (missing wine opener and doors remain unlocked when turned to the right which wasn't in the instructions and is abnormal for anyone coming from the USA) the communication was quick and everything was remedied. It is attached to a cafe and that's convenient however we did see a roach or two, but nothing that would deter me from booking there again. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable. I can't wait to come back to La Paz!
