Enjoy a relaxing stay at Casa Amigos, a beautifully furnished vacation home with modern amenities and access to the facilities of one of Cabo San Lucas’s most renowned vacation communities.

The property is located approximately 40 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Concierge service is available before and during your stay to help arrange everything you need.

The Space

Mavila is located within a new, private gated community in Quivira Los Cabos. Casa Amigos offers the comfort and privacy of an upscale condominium along with the amenities of a luxury resort.

This single-story, ground-floor unit is fully accessible and has no stairs. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home includes:

• Open-concept living and dining area, ideal for entertaining

• Fully equipped kitchen with:

Community Shuttle

Mavila Community operates a shuttle between the Jacarandas Gate and the Vía de Lerry Gate, with stops at:

The shuttle accommodates up to 11 passengers and operates six days a week, with the day off varying. Service begins at 10:00 a.m.; the last service departs at 5:30 p.m., and the service ends at 6:00 p.m.

Reservations are required through the Quivira Concierge. This service is provided by the community and homeowners association. We do not control the shuttle and are not responsible for changes, delays, or unexpected situations related to its operation.

Transportation

• Uber is not permitted to enter the community for pickups. Drop-offs are allowed when arriving from town.
• Taxis can be called but accept cash payments only.
• Golf carts are available for rent. Please consult the concierge for details.
• Renting a car is strongly recommended for convenient transportation around the area.

Dedicated recycling bins are available for clear glass, aluminum, and plastics. They are located in the area where the air-conditioning condensers are installed.
