The interior has a colonial-style design, with corridors and living areas opening directly onto the garden and patio. As a result, dust, leaves, rain, and other outdoor elements may enter the house depending on the weather.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all areas of the house, including:
- The garage inside the property
- The laundry area
The washing machine is available for guest use, but guests must provide their own liquid laundry detergent.
The same property also contains a loft apartment that is rented separately and is not included in this listing. The loft has its own private entrance, and its guests cannot access the house or gardens. Likewise, guests staying in the house cannot access the loft. The two accommodations are completely independent.
Additional Information
Please use the air conditioning responsibly because of its high operating cost and for environmental reasons. We recommend setting the temperature no lower than 20°C and turning off the air conditioning whenever you leave the room.
Check-in is available until 10:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive later, we recommend traveling with our private driver. In that case, we can give the keys to the driver, who will let you into the house safely and conveniently. Transportation prices are available directly from the host.

This is a cute place a few blocks from the main area of Leon. My only complaint was the beds were not great and there was no hot water so the tub is really just a cold plunge. There is also another small apartment that joins it but does not lock from the larger apartment side.

Great location with a beautiful garden. We loved how the living space was open to the garden with multiple areas that allowed us to be together or separate when we wanted to. It's is also a few blocks from the Cathedral/town square which made it very walkable.

The place was more than what we expected. It was HUGE and had a beautiful open concept with the outdoors being part of the home. The photos don’t do it justice. It seems like many homes in Nicaragua are this way. There are insects, ants and even birds, but we obviously treat it as part of the home. The location is very walkable to León Cathedral and many eateries, stores, etc. We enjoyed this city very much and wished we stood an extra day. Thank you for having us!

A beautiful and unique stay! This airbnb is so much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Also, super close to the spots the action while also feeling very safe. The majority of the property is open to the outdoors so be aware that things you’d see in a garden can access the outdoor spaces easily. Bedrooms and bathrooms are closed off so we didn’t have any issues there. Highly recommend this place when in Leon for something different with plenty of charm and space!

After reading several reviews, the place is indeed even more beautiful and pleasant in real life than in the photos. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The accommodation is very well located, and we felt safe. Maria was very responsive and gave us lots of advice. I highly recommend it!
