The Space

This spacious home features an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, and high-quality appliances. The property has distinctive Spanish décor, regional artwork, and carefully selected custom details.

A newly constructed swimming pool with a large patio and decking area is located on the adjacent property and is shared with the neighboring property. It is just steps from the back door and available for guests to enjoy.

The enclosed rear yard includes beautiful palm trees, a barbecue, and a seating area. The front yard has recently been landscaped in a stylish desert-scape design. There is ample parking, and an iron-and-brick gate provides added security at night.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• The primary bedroom includes two queen-size beds and a large, modern walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2, known as “the Brick Room,” is a unique space that was part of the original house on the property. It features a palapa-style exterior roof, two queen-size beds, and access to the second bathroom.
• A circular staircase leads to the third bedroom, which offers views of the Sea of Cortez, the surrounding mountain range, and Isla del Carmen. This room has two full-size beds and beach-style décor.
• An additional futon in the living room accommodates 2 more guests.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and opens to a large laundry room with:

The swimming pool is shared with our sister property and the adjacent property.

The home is located in a typical Mexican neighborhood, so guests may hear roosters, loud music, goats, birds, or dogs. These neighborhood sounds are beyond our control, so please consider this before booking.
