This means you will see white face monkeys and squirrel Monkeys almost daily on their way from the mountains to the coast and back. Other frequent visitors to our home are howler monkeys, toucans, toucanets, mot-mots, green parrots, sloths, kinkajous and owls at night, ant-eaters , guatusas (agouti) iguanas and more. This 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms light-filled vacation home is your private sanctuary to enjoy everything this area has to offer. You won’t see or hear any neighbors from anywhere in the house , just the sounds and sights of nature. AC only in Master Bedroom (by Nov 1st, 2024) All of the home’s living and sleeping spaces are located on one level , with an open floor plan facing a large infinity pool, it’s terrace and the tropical forest. The infinity pool has a shallow area ideal for younger children to play and a deeper area , chest hight , perfect for swimming. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals with family and friends. It has a large side by side refrigerator, gas stove and oven and dishwasher . The large kitchen island with its granite countertop and wooden breakfast bar is the heart of the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen you access a large walk in pantry and to the left of the kitchen a swinging door connects with the laundry room. You will have access to the large capacity washer and dryer during your stay. The house has several very large skylights, one in the bathroom of the master bedroom, one in the internal patio under which a ficus tree happily grows and another one in the main living area. This last one it’s the monkeys favorite since they use it as a slide due to its inclination. You will have hours of fun watching them take turns like little kids in a playground! After a long day enjoying the beaches, nature trail hikes , adventure tours and delicious meals you’ll return home to cool off in the lighted pool or have the option of relaxing in the large hot tub of the master bedroom, inches away from the forest canopy and it’s lively inhabitants . The forest in front of the pool and around the main terrace can be illuminated at night with garden reflectors, just magical. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation home is filled with natural light and offers a private retreat to experience the best of the region. The entire house is on one level, featuring an open floor plan that faces a large infinity pool, terrace, and surrounding tropical forest. You won’t hear or see any neighbors from inside the house—only the sounds and sights of nature.

The infinity pool includes a shallow section perfect for young children and a deeper area, chest height, ideal for swimming. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals with family and friends, featuring:

The skylight in the living room is a favorite spot for monkeys, who use its incline as a slide, providing hours of entertainment.

After a day of exploring beaches, hiking nature trails, and enjoying local cuisine, you can relax by cooling off in the illuminated pool or unwind in the large hot tub adjacent to the master bedroom, just steps from the forest canopy and its lively wildlife. Garden reflectors light up the forest around the pool and main terrace at night, creating a magical atmosphere.

Air conditioning is available only in the master bedroom and will be installed by November 1st, 2024.
