Casa Baha is located on the marina side of the exclusive Pedregal development. With stunning views of the marina and the Sea of Cortez, this home is within walking distance to the town of Cabo, the marina, and the beach.
Lounge on one of the expansive covered patios, take a dip in the sparkling pool, or stroll down to your favorite restaurant. Inside, Casa Baha’s open concept merges the kitchen, dining, and living areas, providing the perfect space for entertaining. Guests will delight in the fully equipped kitchen and gas barbecue, making meal preparation a breeze.
The villa features three bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Casa Baha is a charming villa with authentic Mexican decor and spectacular views. The pictures accurately represent the property. While there are some outdated furnishings, it offers a great value in the exclusive gated Pedregal location.

The house is in a beautiful location with great views and Terri was a very responsive host. The concierge Andrea was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We knew coming to the Airbnb that the furniture was outdated and one of the legs on the kitchen table actually broke the first hour we were there. Andrea was very responsive and had someone come within 10 mins to make a temporary fix. Would come back to stay here again

1-The AC did not cool properly 2-Even when the left stove burners are off, the light indicator remains on, this could be a fire hazard if somebody is not paying attention 3-Inside the fridge, one drawer is cracked and another has a cracked handle 4-@Master bdrm, door handle to the patio comes off when pulling or turning 5-@Master bdrm, towel hangers were loose, one is almost off from the wall 6-@Master bdrm, the hot water handle leaks when it’s turned on 7-@Master bdrm, the shower needs a curtain. We had to mop the water that would splash out. On the first night I almost lost my footing from the wet floor 8-@Twin rm, the cold shower handle came off when turning it. At 1A, my cousin was able to close it after several attempts by wrapping a towel over the knob that’s connected to the actual pipe 9-Rm w/ balcony, the fan was noisy which was annoying and made it difficult for my cousin to sleep well 10-@Rm w/ balcony, the bed made considerable squeaky noises when moving or turning

From booking through the end of our stay, Terri and her team were exceptional. Super responsive, provided fantastic support and helpful recommendations on what to do while in Cabo. The place itself is as good as advertised, set in a private community with a sensational view of downtown Cabo and the ocean.

I loved my stay for my Bachelorette party! The location was beautiful and very safe. The views from the place are unbeatable, the photos don’t do it justice. Please note that the Pedregal area is very rocky and hilly so if you’re planning to walk to town, wear comfortable shoes. Ubers can be used which is very helpful, sometimes you do have to call the gate to allow them in. We loved the welcome amenities, such a great touch!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay with a group or a big family! The view from the pool was one of the best views I’ve ever seen. The host has a great team that helped us coordinate rides, activities, any issues we had, etc. The house itself is in a gated community on the hillside, so if you are walking it’s great exercise! 10/10 would recommend.
