The Space

Residencia de Lujo Frente al Mar is a tranquil retreat designed to make the most of its beachfront setting. Spacious, comfortably furnished terraces create an inviting indoor-outdoor living experience.

Playa Langosta is known for some of Costa Rica’s most beautiful sunsets. After relaxing on the beach or enjoying a day of sailing, snorkeling, or sightseeing, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in this luxurious residence.

Main Floor

Upon entering the main floor, you will find a spacious living area and kitchen overlooking the ocean. Gray floor tiles and sleek white kitchen cabinetry contrast with natural teak furnishings and the vibrant colors of Malu Moreira’s large painting, which captures the deep greens and lush hues of the Costa Rican rainforest.

The living room includes:

• A generous sofa
• Woven leather chairs
• Teak shelving
• A natural wood coffee table designed by a local artisan

The dining area features seating for eight, while the substantial kitchen island provides bar seating for four and ample counter space for meal preparation and serving.

The main floor also includes:

• Two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom
• One half bathroom
• A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer
• A large terrace with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean

Main-Floor Bedroom One

This bedroom features a custom-designed platform bed that can be configured as either a king bed or two single beds. It also offers:

• Ocean views
• Access to the main terrace
• A desk
• A flat-screen television
• A walk-in closet with custom teak cabinetry
• An ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wooden cabinetry, and a spacious stall shower equipped with a rain showerhead and handheld wand

Main-Floor Bedroom Two

The second bedroom includes a custom-made queen bed with a concealed full-size trundle bed. The trundle can accommodate children or be rolled beneath the queen bed when not in use.

• A large flat-screen television
• A desk
• A built-in wall of custom cabinetry for personal storage
• An ensuite bathroom with a sink and stall shower equipped with a rain showerhead and handheld wand

Main Terrace

The main terrace includes:

• Two lounge chairs
• A dining table with seating for six

Upper Floor

The upper floor contains the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This room features:

• A private terrace with two lounge chairs

• An ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wooden cabinetry, and a spacious stall shower equipped with a rain showerhead and handheld wand

Amenities and Comfort

All rooms and the main terrace are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning to help keep you and your guests comfortable in any weather.

The residence also features a mesh Wi-Fi system to support internet access and streaming services.

Additional Information

• A small child can be accommodated with a pack-and-play crib upon request. If you are traveling with an infant, please let us know at the time of booking.
• A security deposit of $750 is required. It will be returned after checkout provided there is no property damage or outstanding payment.
