This tranquil beachfront retreat is designed to maximize indoor-outdoor living with spacious, comfortably furnished terraces. Playa Langosta is known for some of the most beautiful sunsets in Costa Rica. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a memorable stay.
Upon entering the main floor, you are greeted by a large living area and kitchen that offer stunning ocean views. The space features grey tile flooring and sleek white kitchen cabinets, contrasted by natural teak furniture and a vibrant painting by Malu Moreira that captures the rich greens of the Costa Rican rainforest. The living room includes a spacious sofa, woven leather chairs, teak shelving, and a natural wood coffee table crafted by a local artisan.
The dining area has a table that seats eight, while the kitchen island provides additional counter space with seating for four, perfect for meal preparation and entertaining guests.
The main floor also includes:
- Two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom
- A half bathroom
- Laundry area with washing machine and dryer
- Large terrace with beautiful Pacific Ocean views
One of the main floor bedrooms features a custom platform bed that can be arranged as a king or separated into two singles. This room offers ocean views, terrace access, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. It also includes a walk-in closet with custom teak cabinetry and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, wood cabinets, and a spacious stall shower equipped with a rain shower head and handheld wand.
The second main floor bedroom has a custom queen bed with a hidden full-sized trundle bed, suitable for children or stored underneath when not in use. This room contains a large flat-screen TV, desk, and a built-in wall of custom cabinetry for ample storage. Its ensuite bathroom features a sink and a stall shower with a rain shower head and wand.
The main floor terrace is furnished with two lounge chairs and a dining table that seats six, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
The upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which includes:

- Ocean views
- Private terrace with two lounge chairs

Our family of 6 had the trip of a lifetime! There was more than enough room for us in this amazing place. The sunset view from the balcony was the icing on top. We were able to organize our airport transfer and grocery delivery through the concierge service, making check-in seamless. (Jonathon is the best!). We couldn't decide to spend the day in the amazing pool or take the short walk to the beautiful beach which was only steps away. We were sad to leave but are already looking at when we can come back. Don't think about it, stay here!

This place is amazing, it was carefully designed to make you feel you are staying at a luxurious condo. Everything was clean and I loved the unit. My only issue was that I could not enjoy the beach since it is full of rocks. I had to travel to a different beach to get into the ocean. Other than that this place is amazing and I highly recommend it

This was the perfect accommodations for our family of 5 on our first trip to Costa Rica!! The layout gave our teenage girls a little privacy when they needed it, but allowed us to hang out as a family in the kitchen, living room or outside (where we spent most of our time). The unit is very nicely equipped. We loved the pool and it was great to watch sunsets from the beach, the pool and the upstairs patio! Nice to have a peaceful area to start and end each day. It was a bonus that we could walk to a few different restaurants, when we chose to go out for dinner. We’ll definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Tamarindo!!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped with anything you might need. The host and manager were very helpful and responsive. We loved that there was so much close by. The store around the corner has the basics which was helpful! We would definitely stay here again

Our family of five had the most amazing time at Pavel's place on the beach. The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you could need in a stay away from home. The location is amazing- away from the chaos of Tamarindo (but just a quick walk!), secure (gated and security guard is present 24/7), and close to a few restaurants and a small grocery store. The best part of the stay was the beach- my kids LOVED exploring the tide pools in the morning, finding shells, and playing in the water. We would 100% recommend Pavel's place to anyone visiting the Tamarindo area!

This is by the place to stay! Picture perfect beach, very high end condo and so close to everything. My family truly loved our stay and we kept commenting that we found the best place to stay! We did rent a golf cart to get around town which was perfect.
